Anyone here who has been working out lower body ONLY at gym for 1+year? wud like to see results. not sure how far we can push our body to look feminine naturally. Feel like if i try to make my ass bigger with squats i have to eat more and it goes to upper body too.

So I was reading up on prediabetes in adolescents and risk factors included obesity and being born at over 9lbs ( I was born at 9.5 lbs). Apparently there are usually no symptoms but there may be dark patches on the skin. I was a normal weight as a child, but I always believed myself to be chubby due to what I believe now to be gyno. I always remembered being insecure when I went swimming because I had breast tissue compared to my other male friends who did not. Due to poor eating habits I became overweight starting at 12-13. I also remember developing the dark patches on my neck when I was 14. I think I was around probably 155 lbs and 5 foot 1 or 2. I had some family come over and they pointed it out. I remember my dad also chalking it up to poor hygiene and telling me to constantly wash my neck. Anyways, I remember my doctor saying I was considered obese by the time I was 15 years old. The spots didn’t go away until I was around 16 and I had grown to 5 10 and went from around 165 pounds to 155. Anyways, I remember developing severe body dysmorphia around that age too. I had lost weight at 16 mainly through a healthy lifestyle while on summer vacation, but I also starting obsessing over my weight and became dysmorphic. I started starving myself even though I was no longer in the obese or even overweight category. I believe it was due to my gyno which would not go away which I attributed to high body fat. Anyways, I gained all the weight back anyways by the time I was 18 and working in a restaurant. I was around the same height and now 170-175 lbs. I went through a really bad period of depression when I was 21 and by my 22nd birthday, I was 228 pounds. I also started developing the same dark spots. That’s when my A1C came back as a 6.4 indicating prediabetes. Now I am 204 lbs and I just had my A1C tested again at 5.8. I’m just wondering if I had prediabetes as early as when I was an adolescent?

(i.e., not a caregiver who acts more mature, but someone "on your level"), what are some of your requirements and/or deal-breakers, particularly ones you feel originate from your age-dysphoric status and may be rather uncommon for "normal" people?
Until several years ago, I thought that aside from childlike mannerisms and emotions, that sexual/romantic inexperience was my biggest (near-)requirement, and the one that would be most difficult to find. I felt like anyone over 18 who hadn't been in a relationship would likely be aromantic and/or asexual, or else extremely unattractive.
While that's still important to me, as I want that "just starting out" feeling to be mutual and not be reminded of being behind, I've actually over the past 5-8 years or so met a decent number of highly romantically/sexually inexperienced people of both sexes, with only a few of them being asexual. However, I've come to realize that my new #1 deal breaker is people who are complacent about aging and/or loss of youthful potential. I can't stand people who look back on high school or college and, despite being nostalgic about certain things, are fully accepting that those times are in the past. These are the kind of people who consider themselves too old to go back to school and learn new skills, have disabilities/health issues that they didn't have in their youth but never see themselves growing out of, etc.
While the ultimate ideal would be to find someone who still has the body and energy of a teenager (at least long term--in the short term, given my own chronic health issues I'm working on, it could be too much to handle), to the extent that a partner HAS changed, it needs to be something she tries to avoid/fight as much as possible rather than complacently accepting. Someone who is secure in being past her teenage "prime" is really triggering because it makes me feel somehow "wrong" for having a mental need to get back to that state of health in order to be happy. It also reminds me of the way that the medical establishment doesn't seem to even see restoring my health to that level as an important goal, and doesn't see the loss of that potential as the unacceptable tragedy that it is.

First time at a battle in France. I have been to Vokal Total, Bayreuth Beatbox Battle, and two local battles in Japan. I have to say, when you are there live, the most important thing is the sound system. If the sound is meh, it doesnt matter how good the beatbox is, it will be shit. If the sound is good, average beatbox will make you hype. The sound at Bayreuth was absolute fkn trash, and even hearing Vocodah, Osis and co. was not just crap, not fun at all. The sound at Florida Beatbox Battle was in between, much much better than in Bayreuth but worse that at Vokal Total. Napom did earthquake again, but there was not a lot of bass in the air. However, other sounds hit pretty hard, Vino had some chest hitting sounds, didnt expect him to be that powerful. Heartzel was not powerful at all unfortunately, his stuff didnt work live, just his inward bass. Colaps and River are basically on another level, they leveled up like crazy and are simply perfect live, loud, clean and powerful. The crowd is crazy in France, especially because it was packed with other beatboxers like Alexinho or Bookie Blanco.

Their bodies can enter other dimensions and adjust to the mode of those dimensions they are in; they’ve developed to this stage. Those things they ride in that fly back and forth—those aircraft that human beings call flying saucers—can enter other dimensions and fly into other space-times. If they travel in a fast space-time, after being there for just a short while they traverse a long distance. So that speed is inconceivable to human beings. The types of fuel they use aren’t in the least the kinds of substances conceivable by the technology, theories, or concepts of modern science.
Over the ages, these alien beings have continually been developing and metamorphosing. So in this universe there have really appeared the abnormal social relations that these kinds of lives have. Greed and lust have caused something like star wars to actually happen over where they live. They haven’t yet threatened humankind because humankind doesn’t have the ability to pose a threat to them . So they haven’t attacked humankind.
They would attack humankind if you were to threaten them. Although alien beings haven’t attacked humankind, they know that a human body is the most perfect. Their full-scale arrival began when Caucasian society entered the industrial age. They made full preparations and systematic arrangements for occupying this earth. It was they who created science for human beings . So this science was set up by aliens. Their purpose was to unify human beings and simplify their thoughts to the point of being as uniform as machines. And they unified knowledge to make it easy for them to later on control and replace human beings. If there are truly good ones among the alien beings, then their lives can reincarnate as other lives. Bad lives will be eliminated. So everything that every being does positions himself for the future . And that includes all human beings. Whatever a human being does positions him.
That’s the situation as far as alien beings go. They are being swept out up there, and they found out about the cleaning, so they scurried over here, and in particularly large numbers in recent years.
As of right now, most of the alien beings who have come here did so fleeing for their lives. So I am a 15 years old girl (assigned female at birth). I don't know for sure, but think I may have gender dysphoria, if it isn't something else. I hate socializing because of this (I have a few friends who are boys and I have been criticized by my parents about that). I feel bad when someone calls me a girl and so on but note that I am not expecting people to tell me that I am a boy you know because I look exactly like a girl. I wear my clothes according to be seen as a boy but it doesn't work and it looks weird because I look like a 10 year old boy even if I look like a boy, because of my height (barely 5'2", even short for a girl and which won't get taller as a I suppose).
I once opened up the issue to my mother she said everything that is as bad and as humiliating as possible. She directly stated that this is the worst thing that can happen and she said that I shouldn't tell it to anyone. That's why when my school's counselor said she can invite my parents to school and talk to them and I said no.

One thing the school counselor said is you should focus on your studies and then you can do whatever you want about that gender issue after you pass your 25th age because she said that is the age you can decide more clearly and I think it makes sense. Buy I am too depressed to study efficiently. And besides that, I am not sure if transitioning in future will solve the issue. I think I will just kill myself even before considering transitioning in future. I mean I will never be a man how hard I try, (and I have talked to school's counselor about being suicidal as well, she shouted at me and said "Only losers commit suicide." and "Only god takes and gives lives." but yeah I can be a loser then). And even writing this post makes me cry.I want to ask about what should I do in this point. Does this issue ever go away after sometime? İf yes, how can I help it to make it go away? If not, what am I supposed to do? Do you guys have any advice about it because I am really desperate and I can no longer think clearly about it.
TL;DR: I am a girl (AFAB) who has issues with her gender and sex characteristics. I don't have the opportunity to see a professional about it. I feel quite depressed about it and I am asking about what should I do, or even possible does this go away.
(And if you ask why I posted here in subreddit, I wanted to get some realistic, answers not some "You can be everything you want, honey." bullshit.)
