Currently started using Todoist pro to apply principles from the GTD book.
I think a smart watch would help with reminders and productivity in general. But I have limited knowledge with these devices. I could really do with some help deciding on a watch, my budget is sort of open but want value for money. I'd like something more premium and longer lasting so willing to pay abit more.
I like to exercise but I'm no athlete, I currently do Yoga, run 5k's and do some body weight fitness.
I listen to a lot of music while running and use Strava, and obviously in my day to day life now started to use Todoist and I'm using my Google calendar and mail tools more often etc.
I am hopeful for any recommendations.
I was looking at the Garmin 265, Garmin 955 though I'm not exactly sure they will work with Todoist ?
I use a Google pixel 6a phone, so considered a pixel watch but heard mixed things. Then I hear galaxy watch 5 pro's are good but I don't have a galaxy phone so not sure if it's an awkward match.

Hi All, Hoping for some advice on the side effects.
I’ve completed 4 weeks of Saxenda and I’m on week 5 now. I have had insane side effects since day 1 including - Nausea (vomited multiple times in first 2 wks, now i don’t let myself get to that point so this one isn’t as bad) - Acid Reflux - by far the worst side effect, I am SO uncomfortable all day and the indigestion is so uncomfortable. Medication isn’t helping. - Bloating - so sore my stomach feels like it’s going to burst from pressure - Insomnia & Headaches - cannot get a deep sleep, constantly fatigued and tension headaches due to this.
I have found some things spike the side effects including: - Coffee - Bananas Possibly it is sorbitol which is in both my coffee sweetener and bananas. but I have seen some suggest caffeine exasperates symptoms so i’m unsure.
I stayed a bit longer on .6 and 1.2 and haven’t gone past 1.8. I keep going somewhere between 1.2 and 1.8 but if it’s too low, it doesn’t curb my appetite and if it’s too high the symptoms are unbearable.
I find myself not taking it on days where I need to be focused or even days i just want to relax/enjoy.
I’m feeling a bit defeated and worry I will have to stop the medication all together? I’ve lost abt 3 kgs in this time.

Got my first attack 2 years ago which took 2 to 3 days of pain which had been healed just with 3 days of colchicine and just there was a lingering stifness of 6 months.
then in my second flare up which was 6 months ago .it has never been healed %100.when ı am on meds colchicine no redness and a pain of 1 or 2 over 10.And swelling in some different sizes is always there.but the time ı leave colcihine ı am flaring up in one week.ıt starts mildly and reach its top in a week,always same,dont even remember how many flare ups ı had .not even mentioning the mild ones.
so if ı can have the level 5 mg ua.Do you think ı can get rid of stubborn attacks after few years or will i stuck on the meds forever?
doc will see me in amonth.told me use 1 coclhine a day and increase it to 2 if necessary as well as 150mg of allo.

Recently decided to upgrade to a new PC. My current one is around 5-6 years old with i5-9600, Geforce 1070 and 16 GB of ram and past few years i felt like I need to constantly change settings and turn off things for me to enjoy lag/fps drop free gaming. And still most of the time I am not enjoying smooth gaming.

Background info: My face has small and delicate features so the nose stands out really bad. I’ve always been insecure. When I was 12 a kid accidentally broke it and I ended up with a deviated septum. My ex was abusive. One day I was sick in bed and he wanted me to give him a bj, I said we can do much more later that day when I’m not feeling sick anymore, and he started insulting me and calling my nose ugly. He also blamed me for his insults because I made him notice my big nose because I talked about it.
Fast forward, I’m now much happier and started dating someone new who seems great. We’ve been on 5 dates and we are intimate. One day we were talking about health stuff, accidents etc and I told him about the nose accident. I never told him I’m insecure about my nose. He asked if the deviated septum could be fixed by surgery and I said yes, but it’s not so bad and I didn’t care about it. He said: “It can also make your nose smaller during the same surgery.”
I don’t wanna be triggered but what should I do? Talk to him about what he meant? Never mention it again? He’s been sweet (even used to kiss my nose all the time), but he is very direct and sometimes makes comments about petty stuff like “you shouldn’t drink cow milk because it’s bad for your skin” or “you should have hung a bigger painting on this wall”.

Pochi giorni fa, mi hanno convocato per comunicarmi l’intenzione di interrompere subito (con 6 mesi di anticipo) l’apprendistato e di compensare il mio impegno e professionalità offrendomi di firmare l’indeterminato al 3 livello.
So che la loro scelta è legata anche al fatto che un collega che aveva quel tipo di contratto si è da poco licenziato. So anche che lui, oltre al 3 livello aveva anche un superminimo di 200€.
Alla luce di quanto scritto sopra e considerando che: - il mio futuro nel breve è molto incerto (situazioni personali potrebbero dovermi portare a cambiare città nel corso del prossimo anno); - fino ad ora sono stato un apprendista disegnatore meccanico, mentre adesso mi occupo anche di calcoli strutturali e formazione tecnica, lavorando spesso presso aziende clienti; - Il capo mi ha preso in simpatia e, a detta sua, ha tutta una serie piani di sviluppo per me con l’apertura di un nuovo ramo di business aziendale da affidarmi; - Ho un ottimo rapporto con tutti i colleghi ed i responsabili, essendo un’azienda piccola ci conosciamo e frequentiamo anche di fuori dell’orario lavorativo
La domanda è: dovrei accettare la proposta che mi hanno fatto o dovrei provare a negoziare chiedendo qualcosa in più (anche un superminimo simile a quello dell’ex collega)? Ovviamente la risposta è quasi ovvia, ma ho il timore di rischiare di rovinare i rapporti con le persone se dovessi avanzare pretese troppo alte, magari non in linea con la mia effettiva esperienza lavorativa fin’ora.
