I ordered an item from an online store of decent reputation.
I paid extra for next day delivery however because of stock inaccuracy the item, despite saying so on the website and being confirmed through the phone three times, isn’t going to be delivered until it’s back in stock.
My card has already been charged for the price of the product plus next day delivery.
Customer service team says I can’t be refunded for the shipping upgrade because it’s a stock inaccuracy problem.
I want to assertively and respectfully communicate my concerns and perhaps take official action as my consumer rights have been disregarded.
I paid for a service I did not get, and they refuse to refund me for it.
The money isn’t that much but I find the nature of the situation unacceptable. Disregarding my refund ticket, washing their hands.
I would get the same order at the same time have I not paid extra.
What consumer protection bureaus are there that I can mention in the reply to make them take my concern seriously.

Okay, I’m definitely into darker storylines but I’m also definitely interested in MFM at the moment. With that being said, if any of these prompts suit you but you’re not comfortable with two main male characters, let me know and we’ll work a similar storyline out with just the one.

• Mafia / kidnapping:

This one could really go an awful lot of ways, and if it triggers an idea for you that I haven’t listed, please let me hear it!
Anyway, I was thinking, two mafia men, perhaps the son of the head of the family and his best friend whom he views as a brother? Years ago, they saw this girl while on a vacation, both became infatuated with her and decided they would have her. At the time, it just wasn’t the right time to take her, they were still proving themselves to the mafia, they still had work to do and needed to rank up before they focused any attention on a girl.
They didn’t just let her go, however. They’ve been watching her for a year? Maybe even interacting with her? They have the means to access cameras in all locations, they use burner phones to text her. If she goes out and they witness a guy talking to her, I’m picturing like, her receiving a, ‘tell him to take his hand off you or you’ll receive them in the post,’ type text.
It could be fun if they both do this, but she thinks it’s just one guy. When they kidnap her, it’s a surprise when she figures out that there’s two of them.
The men will fall for her, it will end up a relationship where the two men know they share her with the other. She’s the one it’ll take some convincing for.

• Antiheroes:

This is less thought out, but I’m thinking, modern day Robin Hood vibes. Darker. New girl in town, she could be connected to one of the antiheroes main targets somehow but isn’t anything like them, etc. I have some more to this, but struggling to find my wording right this second and I want this uploaded. If this interests you, let me know and I’ll ramble, haha.

• Forbidden romance:

I am quite into the forbidden romance trope at the moment. No, that doesn’t mean incest. I’m thinking something along the lines of brothers best friend, type situation. Perhaps he comes to stay with her family for a little while, or some other route. I’m also open to other forbidden tropes.
Other ideas without back stories yet are:
Criminals, dark contemporary vibes, reverse harem / MFM.
I have other ideas, but nothing fleshed out so it’ll be a case of discussing and creating together.
I’m not interested in historical stories or futuristic. I prefer to stick with a more modern setting, even in a fantasy story.

stonewalling, ghosting, or justified space?
my ex and I broke up recently. She actually broke up with me. Her words were something to the effect of " You need to know that it is me who's breaking up with you, because I refuse to have this relationship on your terms" So she broke up with me after one of the 3 above pursued..
For context I was with my wife for about 7 years and we were very much clearly separated and dating other people when I started dating my ex. My wife knew everything and it was completely out in the open. Well I decided to move in with her, by moving in with her I mean I jumped on a plane with my suitcase and moved into her home with her dog and child, and became a part of that family.
We got along fantastically. She wasn't exactly what I expected, but she was perfect. At last I finally met the woman I have been yearning for. We went home and I got settled in. She helped me with a lot of things being as I hadn't been in the United States for 5 or 6 years at this point. It was a reverse culture shock.
What I didn't tell you is that coming to America was an extremely hasty decision. 9 months ago I relapsed and lost my sobriety. When my ex flew me back to the states I was on a 2 week bender. Drinking non stop. I was taking handfuls of painkillers everyday. I was putting so much poison in my body and losing touch with reality. My ex flew me out to save me from myself. She was the hero, truly. Because today I'm not on the brink of death. From what the doctor said, that she took me to, I might have died because of my liver and kidneys.
So immediately after getting to her home, I started to see some stuff I wasn't comfortable with in regards to her child. It was just the basic things that I thought were normal. Such as cleaning up after yourself, simple tasks that you learn when you are 4 or 5, like not missing the toilet or tying your shoes. I had asked her previously if her kid ever walked the dog or took the trash out. I guess she lied or changed the subject because her kid literally did not do one thing, im not exaggerating. He is 12 or 13 years old. That is some serious issues. He cant tie his shoes.... What in the hell have you taught him then? What did you actually teach your son? Cause the only thing I see is him playing minecraft and walking all over you 24/7. It was 4am and he barged into OUR bedroom and demanded that you fix his phone because he couldn't watch hulu, and he was scratching his nuts ferociously and violently the whole time. That kind of behavior is fucking demented. Its not his fault. I never had a bedtime either, and that's why I'm so messed up and can not sleep like normal people. Dude... These are things that I should not have to tell you. I shouldn't have to clean up his piss everytime i want to use the bathroom or be the only person in the house to do housework when there is a young man who needs to earn his way. When he gets pissy you minimize, downplay, and make excuses for him. Its really sad because you call him autistic, which he probably is, but you tell people about him like thats part of his identity. He is smart and better off than most kids in the world and he needs some fucking rules and boundaries. If I were you I would ask him to fold his laundry and do the dishes, but first explain to him why we pee INSIDE the toilet and how to tie his damn shoes. When he yells at you and gets mad take away his damn tv and video games. Are you trying to ruin his life when he gets older? Are you trying to stunt his growth? Because he is not disabled, he is not special needs, he is stuck in horrible horrible behaviors. If he misses one more day of school he gets held back, because you let him win in the morning when he fights you, or you yourself don't wake up. Its ridiculous.
You make excuses for him at every turn and thats why I walked on eggshells about that situation. I never once was mean to him. I was so nice to him, I know its not his fault. I also couldnt help resenting him after a while, but I never once showed it.
After I told you this, you said that my observations didnt mean much and I was only saying that to hurt you. That is not true. You said I was twisting everything and discarding you and calling me a narcissist. All that shit. Just because I spoke up.
That's one of the main things that made me leave. I didn't break up with you, but I was in another state and told you I needed space to think and some time. I was probably stonewalling you a little bit but I definitely did not ghost you or ignore you.
The other thing that made me leave was that you blew up on me for no reason one too many times. Like ignoring me over a seinfeld joke. Or complaining about what I do with my job. Or getting jealous when I said I want a good relationship with my childs mom. You would get this shitty tone of voice and like challenge me over the most ridiculous things. When I say that it might sound like nonsense, but I tell you I would randomly get a slap of disrespect for no reason at all. Again, over the smallest dumbest things. You would get mad at me for what other people say, then get more mad when I respond to them in the wrong way, when its really none of your business. Honestly.
At no point in the 3 weeks living with you did I have a crappy tone of voice with you, try to manipulate you, be anything but kind to your kid, I mean damn. I didnt do one bad thing to you. When you get like this I ask you are you mad at what that person said? or are you mad at me? then you would say "both" to which I said why are you mad at me? We talked it out kinda. You had a shitty tone with me but you ended up saying sorry. I told you that was unacceptable. You cannot keep blowing up on me or disrespecting me when I'm treating you nice. You cant do that. You even threatened me saying "if we arent on the same page I need to know right now" As if it was a deal breaker. I told you right then and there that no, we in fact are not on the right page
Keep in mind. She would never raise her voice to her son, who does nothing but talk shit to her and play video games, but its almost like she took her stress out on me. I told you to relax when you were stressed and stop whatever it was, but you just continued to get worse. Like you refuse to quit anything and Its one of the most annoying things ever.
Also your dog. I mean damn. Im not even gunna go there. Its just inappropriate but I think you know what im thinking. That dog needs to not be in bed with you cause she puts her nose right in your ass or vagina and you just let her stay there. Its so weird. And you never close the door at all unless were having sex. I don't like open doors when you have a teenage son in the house. And you always have the A/C and fan on full blast, even if my teeth are chattering and im freezing. Its all a bit too much. And I never once complained. I tried to talk it out with you about blowing up on me, but I saw where that went. You said sorry to shut me up and the issue was never resolved.
So I told you I was going to go work for a couple weeks and come back, not having the intention on coming back until we talked this all through and got on the same page. I really was working, so I was busy. I was freshly sober still in withdrawals and toughing it out. I just saw my family which I havent seen in 6 years. I told you I was getting depressed about not seeing my daughter for so long. And I told you I needed time to think.
The moment I left you started blowing up my phone and everytime I check it I had like 20 messages and it was way too much to read. I kept telling you to wait and I can call you later. I told you I was tired and busy and going to meetings. You just kept insisting that I call you right now. But you would also say that Im discarding you and gaslighting you and making you seem horrible. So I told you those two things that made me upset, and you totally deflected the whole issue. You completely and utterly avoided the conversation and attacked me. I did not ghost you, you crazy ass, I just didnt text you for a day. You knew all I was going through but you attacked me so badly, then kept asking me to call you and you were sorry and all this crap. You cant blow up on me. Its unacceptable and I dont have to put up with that behavior because Im not under your roof anymore.
I fully wanted to work it out but I couldnt do it in your home out of fear that you would go crazy. I feel like I did my part. It just wasnt what you wanted to hear. So about your son, you tell me that I don't need to worry about your son.. Well to that I say do not invite a man to live with you if you don't want him worrying about the children under that roof. Also I worry because he pisses everywhere, doesn't do chores, doesn't have a bedtime, yells and cusses at you, and has no skills at all except minecraft. I see myself in him 100 percent and I had to learn all those basic skills when I was 17 and I dont think he has the strength to do that. You need to start right now to help him or else he is screwed in the real world.
And when I told you about how you blow up on me, you said sorry if you made me feel uncomfortable or made me feel like I couldn't tell you what was bothering me. That's it. No real accountability or talk into specifics, just one of your bandaid solutions that are unacceptable to me.

People that know me, know that I am honest. So if your gunna be fake or just an asshole I wont accept that and you can kick rocks.
Theres also so much more I didnt mention. Like the paramedics having to come to see you and you yelling at me and being a jerk while im trying to help you. You kicking me out of the bed while your in a delusional state. You did quite a few things. I didnt do one single thing like that to you. But when I finally spoke up. First, the rightful leader at that point (Vizla) who held on the darksaber & sat on the throne as the Mandalore was challenged to a "trial by combat/you win you rule, I win I rule" kinda of an situation by Maul that Vizla then (by all rules, laws and right) then accepted. Vizla then lost and was beheaded by the new rightful & by law ruler Maul.

1 Bo turned into a traitor of the goverment by acting against & defying the current rightful rule of Mandalore AND even shot multiple shots & grenades against Mandalore Maul and her loyal Mandalorian brothers & sisters. Which also means attempted murder (or more of a kill) of a ruler & her brethren.

2 Bo started playing around with the Jedi & Republic and BROUGHT A WAR to Mandalore that they were NOT part of and got most of her people killed & planet kinda screwed up by the horrors of war (which like said Mandalore was neutral about and not originally wanting to be part in). By this point essentially makes her a war criminal right?

3 Bo breaks the code & Mandalorian laws once again once the war had ended (and her planet's resources/assets mostly destroyed and her people reduced to laughable numbers due to the death's that she caused' by bringing the said war to her homeworld) by:

A) Sabine being the next rightful ruler after the tragic death of most of the royal bloodline, she hands the saber to Bo (which she isn't supposed to just "take" even if Sabine wanted to just hand it over.
B) As the non-by law admitted De Facto Leader of a punch of the last surviving Mandalorians, she wields the saber illegally by Mando law and gets contacted by the new formed Empire (that was built from the remaining resources & assets of both the Republic and CIS).
The newly formed Empire asking her Mandalorians to join their cause', she could've used the Empire given resources to rebuild the chaos ravaged Mandalore but refused because of her pride & ignorance which got the rest of the planet glassed to hell and back and the remaining Mandos kinda f*cked and scattered across the galaxy.
And in the end, she disrespected Boba by saying he is not a real Mando EVEN THOUGH the scriptures that he took a look in Mandalorian S2 clearly said in Galactic Basic about Mandalorians.

I’ve been watching porn since 11 or 12 years old. The shit became so easy to access. I was born in ‘99 and around the age of 12 which was 2012. Porn was so easy to access on our phones. A) Sabine being the next rightful ruler after the tragic death of most of the royal bloodline, she hands the saber to Bo (which she isn't supposed to just "take" even if Sabine wanted to just hand it over.
B) As the non-by law admitted De Facto Leader of a punch of the last surviving Mandalorians, she wields the saber illegally by Mando law and gets contacted by the new formed Empire (that was built from the remaining resources & assets of both the Republic and CIS).
The newly formed Empire asking her Mandalorians to join their cause', she could've used the Empire given resources to rebuild the chaos ravaged Mandalore but refused because of her pride & ignorance which got the rest of the planet glassed to hell and back and the remaining Mandos kinda f*cked and scattered across the galaxy.
And in the end, she disrespected Boba by saying he is not a real Mando EVEN THOUGH the scriptures that he took a look in Mandalorian S2 clearly said in Galactic Basic about Mandalorians.

I have a side business where I provide video analysis and video chats to squash players.
Slowly over time, the number of clients has increased. I have found that being proactive is a great way to keep clients happy and ensure they use my services again. By that, I mean email them reminders that it’s time for another analysis or follow up chats with questions etc.
I’m not naturally organised, and would like to try some systems that make it easy to see what I need to do; who I am waiting for replies from, who I need to chase up etc. I’d also like a way to see who or when I performed analysis etc.
I’ve tried using a simple text file to make a list but it feels unproductive.
Ideally, I don’t want to use any new software or service - especially if it is paid for, which I can’t justify at the moment.
I would also like to be able to easily see the information both on my android phone and my MacBook. Perhaps when it is time to replace the phone I’ll jump to iPhone to make things smoother.
Can anybody suggest ways for me to mange my client interactions in a simple and efficient way?
