1. As Harley Quinn in Suicide Squad, Margot Robbie was famously sexualized and put in tiny sequin shorts (that were more like underwear) and a ripped white shirt (that later gets wet).
2. One of the most famous sexualized movie costumes of all time was worn by Carrie Fisher in Star Wars Episode V: The Empire Strikes Back. In the scene, her character, Princess Leia, was enslaved by Jabba the Hutt and made to wear a metallic bikini and skirt.
3. For Lara Croft: Tomb Raider, Angelina Jolie was reportedly unhappy with her character's revealing and tight wardrobe, and thought it sent a bad message to young girls. She also had to pad her bra for the role.
4. When Scarlett Johansson first began playing Black Widow in Iron Man 2, her costume was much more revealing and sexualized than it would become in later films. Johansson herself called her character's portrayal "hypersexualized," saying, "You look at Iron Man 2 and while it was really fun and had a lot of great moments in it, the character is so sexualized, you know? Really talked about like she’s a piece of something, like a possession or a thing or whatever — like a piece of ass, really.
5. But while Johansson's costume became less sexualized, Elizabeth Olsen was not as lucky with her character, Scarlet Witch. This was particularly evident in Avengers: Infinity War, when Olsen pointed out she was the only female Avenger to bare cleavage.
6. Another superhero who was not thrilled with her costume was Malin Åkerman in Watchmen. Comparing the tight latex suit to putting a condom over her whole body, she called the Silk Spectre costume "so uncomfortable." She also revealed it was cinched in with a corset, and that "They wanted to cinch my waist in three inches smaller than what it actually is every day so that my shoulders looked broader."
7. At age 12, Miley Cyrus was cast as Miley Stewart, a character who frequently took on her popstar persona of Hannah Montana. While Miley dressed much like a regular preteen, Hannah was outfitted with sequins and a long blonde wig.
8. In the wake of Jennette McCurdy's bombshell memoir, I'm Glad My Mom Died, Victorious actor Daniella Monet said that she was forced to wear outfits she was uncomfortable with.
9. McCurdy herself was forced to put on a bikini and take photos in it for Nickelodeon despite begging to just wear a one-piece for an iCarly scene — she did end up in a one-piece in the episode, but photos were taken of her in a bikini to show an executive (likely Dan Schneider).
10. Jessica Alba hated wearing her famous blue bikini in Into the Blue. After she called it "not fun" in a People interview (which started with specifically praising Alba's bikini-clad body, rather than speaking about the movie), the interviewer asked, "Was there one body part that you thought, "Please, can I not show it?"
11. Milla Jovovich called her "skimpy" costume at the start of The Fifth Element "a bit embarrassing." While she had grown up as a model and was used to being dressed by others, she said that "In the fashion world, most of the guys are gay and they have the etiquette not to notice. But these English guys working on the set were whistling and stuff."
12. Charmed star, Alyssa Milano, didn't name a particular outfit but said that she felt that her character's costumes were overly revealing on the show.
13. Kaley Cuoco disliked many of her Charmed costumes, including her wig and black vinyl outfit in early Season 8 and her superhero costume in the episode "Battle of the Hexes."
14. Sophia Bush hated how often her character's costume was simply her in underwear on One Tree Hill, and had to request that it happen less.
15. And finally, Marina Sirtis hated her cleavage-bearing Star Trek outfit, saying she had no say over it and was in fact told to lose weight to fit into it. "I was just the clothes horse, and they put stuff on me," she said. She also suggested her character was just there "for the boys to look at."

I went looking for a list of trivia, but I didn't really find much, besides some stuff on imdb, so I decided to make my own list.

• The Thundermans is one of Nick's longest-running live action shows, behind Henry Danger and All That. iCarly had one less episode (97 vs. Thundermans' 98), but iCarly had a longer run than Thundermans (five years vs. four and a half). Also, House of Anubis only ran for two and a half years, but it had 190 episodes.
  
• The first season was initially ordered for 12 episodes, and the cast was thrilled to learn, while shooting the last episode, that it had been picked up for 8 more.
  
• The series finale "The Thunder Games" (production code 412-413) was shot in October 2016, but the final episode filmed was actually "All the President's Thunder-Men" (production code 432), which wrapped in July 2017. The cast and crew were never sure just how many more episodes they would get to do, so they decided to film a proper finale early on, before getting greenlit for more episodes.
  
• The hatch leading to Max's lair is actually operated by someone offscreen, and there isn't a real slide beneath that hatch, just a small area for one person to fit in. Also, notice that the top of the hatch is covered in yellow padding for the first two seasons. This is replaced by a brown fabric covering in the later seasons.
  
• We know that Hank and Barb's wedding took place in 1997, and that they subsequently spent their time hunting down Dr. Colosso, before turning him into the rude bunny that lives in their house for some reason. In "A Hero Is Born" (S2, E24), Max mentions that he has spent the last few years cleaning up after Colosso. This implies that Hank and Barb spent around 15 years looking for him. It would explain why Billy and Nora seem like they've never met him in the first episode (must have been shortly after he got turned into a rabbit).
  
• For certain Colosso scenes, like those set in the kitchen, the puppet is positioned on a block platform blending in with the countertop, as seen in episodes like "He Got Game Night" (S3, E13).
  
• Jed Spingarn and writer Dan Serafin's names are often inserted into props on the show. Jed is seen as the author of Barb's parenting book in "Phoebe vs. Max" (S1, E2). In "Up, Up, and Vacay!" (S1, E19), during the bug-eating contest, Jed is listed on a wall banner as the school's "head wrestling coach" from 1986 to 2005. In "The Neverfriending Story" (S2, E13), the ball-pit guy's nametag seems to say "Jed". Nora's dollhouse in "A Hero Is Born" (S2, E24) is made by Spingarn Toys, according to the box. A "Sarah Fin" store appears in "Mall Time Crooks" (S2, E18). Dan Serafin is also listed as the author of a cookbook, which Colosso uses in "Thundermans: Secret Revealed" to boost himself higher on the dining table during the family's escape.
  
• Owls have been referenced throughout the show. In the first episode, you can see a stuffed owl doll in the house. In "Dinner Party" (S1, E3), there are owl stickers on the school lockers. Then there's the owl joke in "Patch Me If You Can" (S3, E9), Hootie the owl in "Beat the Parents" (S3, E19), and Max's offscreen owl Desmond in "Smells Like Team Spirit" (S4, E3). In one episode, the kitchen chalk board features two owls looking up at the sky (I think at a UFO) and one is asking "Hoo that?"
  
• 3D puzzles have been mentioned, or appeared, in several episodes ("Going Wonkers", "It's Not What You Link", "Side-Kicking and Screaming").
  
• Sasquatch has been mentioned in several episodes ("It's Not What You Link", "Why You Buggin'?", "Nowhere to Slide").
  
• Cowbells have appeared in several episodes ("One Hit Thunder", "Exit Stage Theft", "Nowhere to Slide").
  
• Actor Anthony Marciona makes several appearances on the show: Arith-mo-tick in "Report Card" (S1, E4), the gardener in "Thundersense" (S1, E13), and Mr. Noodle in "Cheer and Present Danger" (S2, E8).
  
• According to cast interviews on YouTube, the kids gave a name to the penguin statue in the Thundermans living room: Professor Gold Collar Poly Puff.
  
• The kids would regularly tease Rosa Blasi for being "old," asking for example if she was around when the pyramids were built.
  
• Pictures of the kid actors can occasionally be seen in the background at the Thundermans house. In some episodes, you can also see a picture of the Hoover Dam on a shelf behind the couch.
  
• Real life products usually have their logos obscured on the show with the use of stickers or tape, but not always. There have been appearances of Morton salt (in the refrigerator), Bagel Bites (mentioned by Oyster in "Kiss Me Nate"), an Office Depot clipboard (seen in "Z's All That"), HP and Dell monitors (in "Thunder Van"), and Zatarain's (in the refrigerator in "Cookie Mistake").
  
• Images of the Shanghai skyline are used to fill in for all those shots of Metroburg.
  
• Cherry's last name is Seinfeld, a reference to comic Jerry Seinfeld.
  
• The first season features some unique background music (like some rock guitar stuff) which isn't heard in any of the other seasons.
  
• The Thundermans has several possible references to Malcolm in the Middle that may be intentional or purely coincidental.
  
  • In "You Stole My Thunder, Man" (S1, E8), Hank remarks, "Not Nora, she scares me," similar to something Hal said about son Malcolm ("No, the smart one scares me") in the episode "Hal Sleepwalks".
  • In "Paging Dr. Thunderman" (S1, E18), the kids are left home alone and have to sneak off to the hospital after one of them is injured, like the "Home Alone 4" episode of Malcolm.
  • "Change of Art" (S2, E9) has three apparent references all in one episode. First, Max is hurt by gorillas at the zoo and says they really liked playing "Max in the Middle". Then, Phoebe pours her heart and soul into creating a work of art, like Hal in the episode "Hal Quits". Then, Hank comments that Barb is "clearly the boss of me" (Malcolm's theme song is called "Boss of Me").
  • In "The Girl with the Dragon Snafu" (S2, E23), Billy and Nora turn their family's cluttered closet into a bathroom, similar to a Malcolm episode where Hal and Lois learn that their cluttered closet is actually a second bathroom.
  • One Malcolm episode focused on speedwalking, which is also referenced in Thundermans episodes "No Country for Old Mentors" (S3, E11) and "Looperheroes" (S4, E28). And in "Save the Past Dance" (S4, E15), Phoebe is wearing a huge aerodynamic helmet like the speedwalkers in the Malcolm episode.
  • Gary Anthony Williams, who played a recurring character on Malcolm, also guest stars in "May Z-Force Be with You" (S4, E10).
  • Also, in an on-set interview, Diego Velazquez named Malcolm in the Middle as one of his favorite shows.
• The opening credits shot of the family standing at the front door was filmed on August 28, 2013, which is why "828" was chosen as their address. Interestingly, in "Going Wonkers" (S1, E11, production code 110), we see the porch area but with a drab brown-gray color (before they decided to go with blue).
  
• Splatburger is located at the intersection of Oak Drive, and we learn in "Thundermans: Secret Revealed" (S3, E25) that the Thundermans live at 828 Oakdale Lane. I'm guessing that's close by, since the family eats pretty much exclusively at Splatburger (which should answer Chloe's question as to why they keep going there).
  
• In the later seasons, you can tell the front entryways to the Thunderman house and Splatburger have been enlarged, providing more space.
  
• At the Thunderman house, the three big windows beside the stairs were built at an angle, allowing you to sometimes see a reflection of the living room. The angle of the windows is particularly visible in "The Girl with the Dragon Snafu" (S2, E23), when Hank is tampering with the chandelier.
  
• This is probably an obvious one, but the school set from season 2 onward is clearly a reworked version of the original set.
  
• Is it just me, or is Mrs. Wong supposed to be an old lady? That's what I always thought, until I found out the actress who plays her (Helen Hong) wasn't even 30 when the show started! But upon further review, the show does suggest that she's older than that. In "This Looks Like a Job For..." (S1, E6), she says she has four sons who all wanted to become doctors. In "Original Prankster" (S3, E16), Chloe says someone should change Wong's diaper, and Billy later sings about Wong being "real old".
  
• For some reason, several episodes use a slightly longer fanfare opening heard right at the very beginning. These include "On the Straight and Arrow" (S3, E2), "Floral Support" (S3, E8), and "Make It Pop Pop" (S4, E22).
  
• There were only two cast absences in the entire show: Nora in "Can't Hardly Date" (S4, E17) and Billy in "Rhythm n' Shoes" (S4, E21).
  
• There were a number of things that were touched upon in one episde, only to never be brought up again. Like the Thundersense, or Hank's need for glasses, or Billy's Armnados. Speaking of the Thundersense, how could Barb have had it if she wasn't a Thunderman? Could it be that all superhero families have this ability (or something like it) and they simply have their own nickname for it?
  
• In "Phoebe vs. Max" (S1, E2), Cherry is wearing a shirt that says "no h8rs", which seems like a reference to H8r Girl, a part she played on Austin and Ally before Thundermans.
  
• In "Weekend Guest" (S1, E7), Max suggests hiding out from Phoebe in Cleveland, and Nora later says how she suggested going to Miami instead. These are the main settings for two Betty White shows, Hot in Cleveland and The Golden Girls. Intentional reference or pure coincidence?
  
• Jace Norman has a guest appearance in "You Stole My Thunder, Man" (S1, E8), and they wanted him to come back on the show again, but he was too busy with Henry Danger by that point.
  
• In "Weird Science Fair" (S1, E9), Billy is shown to have a habit of licking food, then putting it back. This is brought up again in "I'm Gonna Forget You, Sucka" (S3, E18).
  
• "Crime After Crime" (S1, E10) features a lot of upside-down items, some more obvious than others. This was apparently for a contest where viewers have to spot all the items.
  
• In "Going Wonkers" (S1, E11), some of the school dance songs include "Do Right" by Cut One and "Shout Out" by Clooney.
  
• In "Restaurant Crashers" (S1, E12), we get to see the inside of the garage, and NOT from the viewpoint of the driveway. In later episodes, we only see the inside from the driveway and its obviously much smaller than the garage we saw originally (which was a totally different set).
  
• In "Phoebe's a Clone Now" (S1, E14), we find out the kids have an aunt Maggie who has a farm. In "Aunt Misbehavin'" (S3, E22), we find out Barb has a sister named Mandy. We know the McBoogers were farmers. Could Maggie be another McBooger sister?
  
• In "Nothing to Lose Sleepover" (S1, E16), Phoebe wants to watch a movie called 3D Teen Romance. The title and box cover seem to be a parody of Disney's Teen Beach Movie. Coincidentally, Jordan Fisher from that movie would later guest star in "Four Supes and a Baby (S2, E2).
  
• In "Paging Dr. Thunderman" (S1, E18), the kids meet a Dr. Miller. In "Parks & T-Rex" (S4, E6), the guard's name tag reads "E. Miller". Coincidence or significance?
  
• In "Up, Up, and Vacay!" (S1, E19), look at Colosso before the family starts their Thunderball game. In certain shots, you can see he's just staring blankly ahead, like he's dead! And yet, his ears can be seen twitching. It's creepy! Also, notice the father wearing #134 during the family competition. He's got these big eyes and seems to be staring at the Thundermans most of the time. During the final race, you can even see him mouthing things, though you can't hear him. He definitely stands out among the extras. I wonder if that was intentional. Also, this episode had an alternate ending where the family go to the beach instead.
  
• In the first season, Phoebe's catchphrase is "sweet cheese." Kira Kosarin said she hated it, and they decided to ditch it when they realized it just didn't work. Although, she does use it once more in "Call of Lunch Duty" (S2, E21). Also, Oyster's "sweetches" catchphrase seems to be a reinvented version of Phoebe's.
  
• In "Thunder Van" (S2, E1), the kids get locked in a specialized vehicle and think they've gone underwater. A very similar idea exists in the season 2 premiere of Lab Rats, where Leo gets locked in a high-tech car that speeds toward the bottom of the ocean.
  
• Also, the Thunder Van's license plate number is "0414 203". That episode's production code was "203," so perhaps we can assume that April 2014 ("0414") is when they started filming season 2.
  
• Also in "Thunder Van", watch Billy during the beginning and you can see him using his mouth to play around with his food.
  
• There are at least a couple instances of awkward editing where it feels like dialogue was cut. In "Breaking Dad" (S1, E20), Phoebe tells her brother at school, "No Max. Not this time". Then it shifts to her saying "I'm a superhero". Feels like something's missing between the two lines here. In "Come What Mayhem" (S4, E13), Billy tells Nora "I was thinking the same thing" in the driveway, then there's an abrupt cut, like there was more to be said.
  
• In "Four Supes and a Baby (S2, E2), we learn Hiddenville is home to 1,000 parks (big city, huh?). In "Save the Past Dance" (S4, E15), we see a sign in the 1950s park proclaiming Hiddenville as the city of 999 parks. A fun little nod to that earlier episode.
  
• In "Meet the Evilmans" (S2, E12), Link's license plate number is "2SAQ321". This is also the same plate number on the Thunderman SUV in "Are You Afraid of the Park?" (S3, E5). Turns out it's a common plate number used in TV shows.
  
• In "The Neverfriending Story" (S2, E13), look closely at the box containing the Yawnimals movie. It's rated PG-13! Who would have guessed?! How could a movie about yawning animals get a PG-13?!
  
• In "The Amazing Rat Race" (S2, E17), Billy notices a piece of string cheese, which is literally a piece of cheese tied to a string. The "string cheese" joke makes a return in "Ditch Perfect" (S4, E9).
  
• In "It's Not What You Link" (S2, E19), the Metroburg donut box says "We build a better donut". This is the slogan for Yum Yum Donuts, based in California. Also in this episode, the chalk board in the kitchen has a reminder for "Kim's birthday." This may be referring to stunt coordinator Kim Robert Koscki, whose birthday was September 13.
  
• The Great Mall of China (as mentioned in "The Girl with the Dragon Snafu") is, in fact, real! Officially, it's called the Golden Resources Mall. Also, look closely at the toilet paper roll in the new bathroom. It has the Thundermans "T" logo on it.
  
• Justice Smith, who plays Max's friend Angus, was fired after two episodes according to a New York Times interview, "mostly, he thinks, because he approached the role with the same seriousness he applied to his conservatory-style acting classes". ("Oh, Nickelodeon’s not looking for nuance,” he realized, too late.)"
  
• An alternate scene for "Phoebe vs. Max: The Sequel (S3, E1) shows Hank arm wrestling Chloe, apparently in a different version of the episode where her superpower is super strength.
  
• In "On the Straight and Arrow" (S3, E2), notice how Barb (in her sleep-deprived confusion) is using a piece of broccoli to wash the dishes?! Also, look at what Bradford is reading in detention: The Adventures of Electress!
  
• In "Exit Stage Theft" (S3, E4), you'll notice Billy hiding in a pair of cabinets just to the right of the refrigerator. Those didn't used to be there. It was always a set of drawers before, but they changed it out for this scene. At some point later in the show, the drawers are back.
  
• In "Evil Never Sleeps" (S3, E6), there's a brief moment in Max's lair where one of the clothes hangers in the background is suddenly shaking back and forth. My guess is that this particular piece of footage came right after a take where Max threw his cellphone holster (it must have landed against the hanger).
  
• In "Floral Support" (S3, E8), Max imagines Dark Mayhem as Phoebe. Could this be a callback to "Phoebe vs. Max," where she impersonated Dark Mayhem? And could all of this have been foreshadowing for when Phoebe took on DM's powers, essentially becoming a new version of him?
  
• In "Dog Day After-School" (S3, E15), look closely in Mrs. Wong's office and you'll see a layout plan for Wong's Pizza Palace. It to the right of the door as Max comes in.
  
• In "Stealing Home" (S3, E23), we learn that Electress was once in a show called "Super Strong Medicine". This is a reference to a real show that Rosa Blasi starred in called "Strong Medicine". Also, during the competition at Game of Scones, look at the guy in the foreground. He's reading a copy of Ordinary Living, the same magazine Barb reads in the opening credits.
  
• An alternate ending exists for "Thundermans: Secret Revealed" (S3, E25), where the Thundermans are honored at a hero ceremony for the townspeople. Also, check out those old computer monitors at the Happy Fun Burger! What is this, the '90s?!
  
• For the 2016 Halloween episode, the cast dressed up in costumes to do a special theme opening, complete with new lyrics! There are also other official alternate versions of the theme song (with all different lyrics) available from Nick on YouTube. They even have a special audition tape of Dr. Colosso, who wanted the role of Phoebe.
  
• In the fourth season, you can see an envelope attached to the right side of the refrigerator that appears to say "Fox Kids Cool Looks, PO Box 4050, Beverly Hills, CA 40213". Anyone know what (if any) significance this has?
  
• Marla Gibbs and Jackee Harry both appear in the fourth season, in different episodes. They were previously together on the 1980s show called "227".
  
• In "Max to the Future" (S4, E4), Max's hair gel gadget is actually controlled by a tube running along his arm and out of view from the audience.
  
• "Parks & T-Rex" (S4, E6) references Jurassic Park. The way Phoebe welcomes everyone to Prehistoric Putt is the same way as the guests in the Jurassic Park movie. Later, the golf course owner (who's supposed to be John Hammond of Jurassic Park) falls and hurts his ankle, just like Hammond in the Jurassic Park novel.
  
• In "Orange is the New Max" (S4, E8), Chloe returns the family's TV, only for Hank to remark that its NOT their TV. Kinda makes you wonder what happened to the original, and where Chloe got this new one. In "Can't Hardly Date" (S4, E17), she transported a bunch of their stuff to Abu Dhabi (the same place Billy tried to send Nora as a baby).
  
• In "Ditch Perfect" (S4, E9) and "Mad Max: Beyond Thunderhome" (S4, E26), jokes are made about Billy hearing voices. Both episodes coincidentally guest star James Hong.
  
• Jed Spingarn's daughter Violet appears as Pause Girl in "Come What Mayhem" (S4, E13) and Kira Kosarin's father plays "the other Mark McGrath" in "Can't Hardly Date" (S4, E17). Her mother Lauren plays the mail woman in "Mad Max: Beyond Thunderhome".

A lot of stuff in Schneider's shows is creepy and inappropriate. But it can be hard to discern which stuff is deliberately, intentionally like that and what is just thoughtlessness or a product of its time and/or lazy writers who rely on stereotypes. For someone with a reputation like Schneider, that means that everything is filtered through a bad faith lens; every scene has the potential to be a crime scene and hey, maybe that's right.
That said, it's very easy to get puritanical about media and ignore the fact that a lot of people liked Nickelodeon more than Disney because it was edgier and more mature. The creator of Gravity Falls Alex Hirsch shared a video of all of the wildest notes he got from Disney, which I think a lot of people agree are overly stringent, but then people will turn around and apply the same standards to Nickelodeon, even if they loved the edginess and crudeness of the "A to a D" joke in Victorious at the time (I remember people did because I did not love it, because I have always been a killjoy).
So I'm not going to look at every single inappropriate moment or one that can be interpreted as such. I also will NOT be sharing images or videos of any scenes because a) they're available if you want to watch them and b) why would you want any kind of violation of a minor circulated further?
"Extra" content

• Referring to videos that appeared on iCarly.com and theSlap.com when they still operated, featuring such classics as Ariana Grande putting her toes in her mouth and Victoria Justice getting turned into a hamburger (aka they put hamburger ingredients on her bare stomach from memory, I'm not sure where it landed on the 1 to Armie Hammer scale).
• There isn't concrete evidence that Schneider personally filmed or came up with these ideas himself, but it does seem like a fair assumption that he led or happily approved the content.
• They were all incredibly uncomfortable and voyeuristic to watch even at the time and they should never, ever have been filmed, let alone made publicly available.
• That said, not everything was inappropriate. Some of it was just stupid and bad.

Themes & Trends
Won't go too much into this because I know it's not what people are here for but you don't get the creepiness without the in-built misogyny of Schneider's shows, not to mention the racism and homophobia. Victorious is one of the most transparent examples because the writing is so weak: Cat's docile ditziness was considered sexy by teenage boys everywhere even before that water gun fight and Ghost pottery scene reference (??!?) in Survival of the Hottest; Jade being every stereotype of a screaming, controlling girlfriend known to man; the total male fantasy embodied in Jade and Tori's homoeroticism.
More broad examples include: Racist stereotypes (also want to point out that Darsan Solomon aka Burf on Victorious discussed experiencing racism on-set and that black characters only ever dated other black people, to the point where other actors were hired - justice for Tori and Andre); homoerotic homophobia e.g. Drake and Josh; way, way too many comments about girls/women's bodies - bra sizes, body hair, etc; male characters being emasculated by liking "female" things, looking like a girl, cross dressing etc; violence beyond genre appropriateness e.g. Sam spanking Freddie, Freddie picking up a knife to either harm Sam or himself, literally all of iPsycho; a lot of internalised fatphobia; and an irritating amount of gender stereotyping. To clarify, examples of these things weren't always terrible in that they were correctly framed as being sexist etc, but that disappeared over the years as the writing deteriorated and the humour stopped trying to do anything other than "get things past the censor".
But the main allegation has always been that he inflicted his foot fetish on his underage cast. The main examples always include the underage feet of his female stars, specifically that one iCarly scene, so I'm going to list some of the lesser known examples:

• What I Like About You - the second ever episode and Schneider's ONLY credited episode features Amanda Bynes not only getting a pedicure but also giving an older woman a foot massage (because "plot").
• Drake & Josh - B-plot of Mindy Loves Josh is about Drake thinking he has a disease after his hands and feet are spray-painted green by Megan.
• Zoey 101 - People Auction sees Chase and Michael being "bought" by the gym coach; he makes them exfoliate his feet. Later in "Chasing Zoey" Michael stomps grapes with his bare feet.
• Victorious - you already know the fish episode: Trina, Jade, Robbie, Andre and Beck all get their feet smoothed by fish. "It tickles."
• iCarly - iToe Fat Cakes' B-story involves Carly getting her big toe stuck in the bath (she's clothed but it doesn't excuse the rest of the plot).

Not all of these are written by Schneider, so he technically may not have pitched them or written them. It is technically a possibility, the same way winning the lottery is a possibility.
While we're on the topic of unsavoury fetishes, I would also posit that armpits are up there as well. Zoey 101 was one of the worst offenders of this: Matthew Underwood had fake hair glued onto his armpits for Time Capsule in Season 2 and Erin Sanders received the same treatment for Zoey's Ribs in Season 3. Jace Norman gets a similar treatment in the Manbeast episode of Henry Danger. iCarly also thought that a woman not shaving her armpits was one of the worst things she could do, as seen with Ginger Fox in iFix A Popstar and referenced at least once with Sam's mother. So many reasons for him to have stopped bringing it up.
Finally, I've stayed off the topic of revealing outfits because I think it's difficult to judge. Do you just never put any teen actor into a bathing suit? Quite possibly, seeing as child actors should not exist. I'm not sure how much control Schneider had over people's wardrobes - he demanded total creative control but I don't know what the extent of that was day to day. He does provide this comment in the iDate a Bad Boy fun facts: "At first I wasn't sure about the dress Carly's wearing in this scene, but when I questioned it, our awesome costumer Kris said, "Oh be quiet, Dan, it's adorable." Well, Kris was right. It is adorable and I was wrong to ever question it."
In regards to the specific claim Jennette McCurdy made about being photographed in a bikini, if it is the same situation that was referred to in one of her podcasts, then it was for a wardrobe fitting and they have to take photos as part of that. If it was requested for an episode, than the first one that comes to mind is that one where Carly and Sam are filming iCarly pretending to be on a beach: Carly is dressed in a stereotypical Hawaiian outfit, while Sam is dressed in a stereotypical disco outfit. It's quite possible the wardrobe request was made for a different episode/no episode at all, or that this got changed, but I would have said that McCurdy's wardrobe on the whole was less revealing than Miranda Cosgrove's. Which is the point: people's comfort with clothing differs; Schneider potentially didn't need to stick her in a bikini or a short dress to make her feel uncomfortable.
Edit 8/8/2022: McCurdy's memoir confirms that Schneider requested the bikini wardrobe fitting with multiple "options", so this detail has now been added to Part 1.
What else do we (maybe) know from Schneider's shows
I won't say it's a fetish but hair tends to come up a fair bit in his shows, e.g. Chase in Zoey, Dice being a hair model in Sam & Cat, the references about Beck's hair, and so on. Potentially fine on their own, but slightly odd in a wider context:

• Stage Fighting Fun Facts: "As everyone who works for me knows, I almost never let the girls wear ponytails on my shows. You rarely see any of the girls in ponytails."
• iFight Shelby Marx Fun Facts: "When I saw his hair I had to cast him. Right?"
• Making Sean Flynn wear a custom-made wig for his 10-minute cameo in the Zoey 101 series finale.
• Riele Downs and Ella Anderson seemed to have a lot more freedom with hairstyles after Dan got kicked off Henry Danger.

Schneider also specifies hair when talking about his "type" in a 2004 interview: "She was very much my "type." She was small and cute with dark curly hair and cute face."
Treatment of actors:
I'm sure more will come to light in the future and like Glee we'll find out which scenes were tortuous to film, but an example people often point to is Alexa Nicolas' departure from Zoey 101 as we know she left on bad terms with Schneider. That show had three different departures so I've provided the others for comparison as well:
Kristin Herrera (Dana Cruz) - left/fired for unclear reasons after Season 1: Jamie Lynn Spears' memoir states it's because "the producers wanted a change" but that memoir gets a lot wrong. Screen-time and speaking parts had declined as Season 1 progressed, but she also appears to have been involved in a Season 2 promo shoot. 2x01 explains her absence by saying Dana was on exchange and that there was "no way she could annoy [Nicole] all the way from France". Never mentioned again, replaced with Victoria Justice.
Alexa Nicolas (Nicole Bristow) - left after Britney Spears yelled at her and Schneider subsequently intimidated her; Nicole is correspondingly not named in the Spring Break Up "Gender Defenders" credits, i.e. the final episode they filmed for that season and the one Britney confronted her on. 3x01 states she was sent to an all-girls boarding school as she got diagnosed with OMGD (Obessive Male Gender Disorder). Never mentioned again; Erin Sanders promoted to main girl trio so Abby Wilde can take over being the "weird" one.
Sean Flynn (Chase Matthews) - left in Season 4 to pursue/finish school. Appears for 10 minutes in 4x01 to explain why the character isn't there but technically gets to say goodbye; referenced in the following episode via a life size doll (because plot) which ultimately gets urinated on by a dog and dragged off-screen by a second dog. Is not mentioned when Zoey begins dating his replacement played by Austin Butler (yes that one), despite the main plot of the show being that Chase was in love with her. He is briefly referenced in a later episode when they bring back a character that had beaten Chase up in the previous season. Appears in the last ten minutes of the series finale.
I don't think there are any episodes of Henry Danger or Gameshakers that can be interpreted as being about McCurdy's departure but I haven't watched those as thoroughly.
Bonus: here is a video of Dan saying he love when actors "sass" him because he gets to write terrible situations for them. It's hyperbolic (Freddie obviously did not get eaten alive by raccoons), but I think it's telling anyway.
Other episodes:

• The Henry Danger episode Henry & The Woodpeckers is about Henry getting criticised by a board of people for yelling at children (it's because he cares, guys). Aired in 2015. I feel pretty confident saying this a direct response to the 2014 Viacom investigation into his conduct on-set. The episode includes:
  • Henry is told he can't award the best player even though she worked the hardest because everyone on the team needs a trophy. (Thanks for confirming your favouritism.)
  • One of the board members reprimands Henry by repeating "it's disgusting"
  • The board makes Henry sit in a tiny chair, which I assume means Dan at some point broke a chair.
• The Victorious episode Beck Falls for Tori centres a lot around the idea an actor getting blackballed. Based on the information in Part 1, it doesn't seem completely unreasonable to assume that Schneider was pretty familiar with getting people blacklisted at this point.

Final note is that the protagonists of his shows are almost always 14 or slightly older. I bring this up because I've seen some stories about Schneider acting inappropriately in auditions - not saying this didn't happen (they're anonymous so it's difficult to verify), but the actor(s) involved often say they were considerably younger, usually around 7-12. Schneider has worked with very few actors that age, the most being the children being babysat in Sam & Cat, so I find it a slightly odd rumour. McCurdy was the oldest of the iCarly trio, even if she didn't look it; age didn't protect her, and I think it's similar for some of his other abuse victims. I'm inclined to think that at least some of the audition stories are made up by 4Chan-ers who deliberately age down the victims to a) make it as salacious as possible and b) make it as black and white as possible, because I don't trust your views on age of consent if you're on 4Chan.
As always, don't harass people that worked with Dan Schneider. Don't ask actors if they were abused or when they're coming forward or why they don't. They will if and when they're ready, and they owe us absolutely nothing, let alone their trauma. Also keep in mind that you're not a terrible person for rewatching and enjoying Schneider's TV work, just watch critically and avoid financially supporting him or enabling any kind of career comeback.

1. One of Zoe Saldaña's first roles was in Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl. After an interviewer said that Saldaña "hated" the experience, Saldaña replied, "Those weren’t the right people for me. I’m not talking about the cast. The cast was great. I’m talking about the political stuff that went on behind closed doors. It was a lot of above the line versus below the line, extras versus actors, producers versus PAs. It was very elitist."
2. Leonardo DiCaprio may have already been famous when he did Titanic, but it definitely skyrocketed him into a new level of fame. Yet apparently, he did NOT have fun on the film. When an interviewer told costar Kate Winslet that DiCaprio had told her he was miserable on the film, Winslet laughed and replied, “I remember! I remember that he was!"
3. It wasn't exactly fun for Winslet, either: "It wasn’t pleasant for any of us, but we were all in it together," she said. "Though he had way more days off than I ever bloody did. I guess I was raised to be grateful and just get on with it. I didn’t feel it was my right to be miserable, and if I was miserable, I certainly would not have let a journalist know.”
4. Burt Reynolds hated the film Boogie Nights and his experience working with director Paul Thomas Anderson, calling him "young and full of himself." The film's subject matter (about the porn industry) made him uncomfortable, and Mark Wahlberg walking around with a fake erection didn't help.
5. Bill Murray apparently hated working on Groundhog Day, though he's never said this himself. Instead, director Harold Ramis said Murray was "irrationally mean" and threw tantrums during shooting because Murray had wanted the film to be more serious and philosophical than comedic.
6. While Daniel Craig didn't necessarily call his time filming the James Bond films miserable, he talked about the difficulty in taking a year away from home and getting injured, especially since he has a family. In particular, he was burned out after Spectre. "I genuinely felt like I couldn't do that anymore. I felt like, What was the point?"
7. Sanaa Lathan said she was "miserable" filming Love & Basketball, noting that she felt as if she'd been hired because director Gina Prince-Bythewood couldn't find anyone else. "There wasn't a lot of joy, and there wasn't a lot of trust in me. It was her baby and it was her first time directing. It was a big deal for her, and nobody knows me then, really," she said.
8. Brad Pitt also said he was miserable starring in Interview With the Vampire because he spent six months "in the f—king dark." He said that it broke him and he actually called producer David Geffen to ask how much it would cost to get him out of the movie. Geffen answered, "$40 million."
9. Ian McKellen also called his filming experience "miserable" when he starred as Gandalf in The Hobbit films — but his reason was the opposite of Pitt's. Instead of filming in a difficult location, McKellen was frustrated that he had to film using green screens on a soundstage rather than shoot on location, as he had for Lord of the Rings.
10. For the stars of Saving Private Ryan, it was the preparation for the shoot that was miserable, though filming a war movie was probably grueling as well. To prepare for the film, the actors (save for Matt Damon) were put in an intense boot camp to simulate what troops would actually have experienced. One actor, Edward Burns, called it "the worst experience of [his] life.”
11. David Cross was contractually obligated to appear in all three Alvin and the Chipmunks films, and he was not happy about it. In fact, he called the third film, Alvin and the Chipmunks: Chipwrecked, "literally, without question, the most unpleasant experience I’ve ever had in my professional life.”
12. Meryl Streep memorably starred as the unemotional Miranda in The Devil Wears Prada. She tried Method acting for the role, and while Streep's performance was Oscar nominated, it seems that Method acting wasn't worth it for Streep, who said it made the experience miserable for her.
13. One of Shailene Woodley's first starring roles was as Amy on The Secret Life of the American Teenager. The show ended after five seasons, and Woodley revealed she was happy to be free from her contract. She said that while she was grateful for her years on the show, "Towards the end, morally, the things that we were preaching on that show weren't really aligned with my own integrity."
14. Blake Lively similarly had trouble playing Serena on the teen drama Gossip Girl. She called playing Serena "personally compromising," expressing concern about the message her character sent out, and listing some of the horrible things Serena did.
15. Jennette McCurdy ended up quitting acting after playing Sam for eight years on iCarly and Sam & Cat. She later said she was ashamed of the roles she took as a teenager (most likely speaking about Sam). "[I] felt like it was the most cheesy, embarrassing. I did the shows that I was on from like 13 to 21, and by 15, I was already embarrassed.”
16. Miley Cyrus also had trouble playing a role she felt was too juvenile for her as an older teenager. When she turned 18, Cyrus began to feel "ridiculous" playing Miley/Hannah on Hannah Montana, saying, "The minute I had sex, I was kind of like, I can’t put the fucking wig on again. It got weird. It just felt like...I was grown-up." She's also spoken about the struggle of working as an actor when she was a younger teenager instead of doing what other 13-year-olds were doing.
17. Rowan Atkinson captured audiences' hearts for years as Mr. Bean in the Mr. Bean film and TV series, but as it turns out, he did not enjoy the role. He called it stressful and exhausting, stating that there was too much responsibility on his shoulders: "I look forward to the end of it," he said.
18. Jeremy Renner's first lengthy appearance as Hawkeye was in the superhero team-up film The Avengers. However, he ended up being unhappy with the role, saying it wasn't what he'd signed on to play, and pointing out how much of the film he spent as a mind-controlled servant to Loki.
19. He's not the only one who struggled in a superhero film. Jessica Alba had such a bad experience portraying Sue in the Fantastic Four series — in particular while filming her character's death scene in the sequel — that she almost gave up on acting.
20. And Idris Elba was NOT happy when he returned to play Heimdall in Thor: The Dark World. Elba called his experience of going straight into Thor: The Dark World reshoots from Mandela: Long Walk to Freedom torture. He described his thoughts during a green-screen scene: "In between takes, I was stuck there, fake hair stuck onto my head with glue … while they reset. And I’m thinking, Twenty-four hours ago, I was Mandela."
21. Another superhero one for ya — Ben Affleck in Justice League. Affleck called shooting the film awful and "the worst experience," blaming it on "a confluence of things: my own life, my divorce, being away too much, the competing agendas, and then Zack's personal tragedy and the reshooting." Affleck was referring to the death of director Zack Snyder's daughter and his decision to step away from directing the film.
22. Jennifer Lawrence apparently loves the X-Men movies she appeared in but absolutely hates the body paint she had to get into to play the role of Mystique, vowing not to return to the role after X-Men: Apocalypse (though she was later "roped in" to appearing as Mystique again). She said that in X-Men: First Class, her makeup took up to eight hours to apply and she couldn't even sit down to pee once she was in costume.
23. Jim Carrey also had a LOT of difficulty with one film because of his makeup and costume. Of his experience making How the Grinch Stole Christmas, he said the process of being made into the Grinch was "like being buried alive every day."
24. Like Elba earlier on this list, Sarah Paulson also had trouble going from a more fulfilling role (in her case, Marcia Clark in The People v. O.J. Simpson: American Crime Story) to a less fulfilling one (as Audrey on AHS: Roanoke). She said she didn't care about the season at all and even said she wished she hadn't done it.
25. And finally, most of the cast of Glee were unhappy by the end of their time on the show.

Logically, any iCarly fan should know Spencer as a regular guest star. But whenever Spencer interacts with iCarly fans, nobody knows the he is. Lucas Cruikshank (Fred) who apparently loves iCarly had no idea who Spencer was. Nobody at the Webicon event seemed to recognise him, though the Aruthor costume may have played a part. Jimmy Fallon didn't know who he was. There was also iParty with Victorious where everyone got disguises to go to avoid being recognised, but Spencer just doesn't. They don't even entertain the thought that Spencer could be recognised.
As far as I'm aware the only exceptions are Mandy, and that woman who wanted. to marry him whose name I can't remember. Nobody else ever seems to know he exists.

Just wanted to get a good sense as to how old everyone was when the original show premiered back in 2007 and your history with the show at the time. 🙂
For me, I was 11 years old back when the first show came out (and a fun fact is that it also premiered on the exact same day as my best friend's 13th birthday). I remember seeing the ads for the premiere and the emphasis they had on the fact that Miranda Cosgrove (who was on Drake and Josh as Megan previously) will now be main star of her new show, which excited me because I was a fan of how well she portrayed Megan. To see her play a completely different character from Megan was something that interested me and the whole idea of her and her best friends starting a webshow was unique.
As someone who grew up as a preteen in the late 2000s, experienced the early years of YouTube, and was aware of older social media platforms like MySpace, it was so cool to see how ahead of its time iCarly was because of the premise being something that so many content creators these days can relate to as far as wanting to create content like Carly and Sam did such as dressing up in costume playing different characters, doing sketches, answering fan Q&As, etc., as well as see who was popular at the time the show aired. I was aware of people like Fred and did watch some of his videos (even though I came to not be a fan of his character over time) and other celebrities like David Archuleta and Plain White T's were big at the time as far as the music industry (two people I did happen to listen to as well).
I frequently watched every new episode at the time they aired as far as the first three to four seasons were. I started dipping a bit by seasons 5 and 6 and was not catching the new episodes for the last couple seasons since I was not as big of a fan of them compared to the earlier ones. I did catch the series finale when I was 16 and really liked how it ended on a solid note. I can say that overall, I did grow up with the show over those 5 years and it's cool to have the revival now and see how they are approaching social media in the modern age and adult issues Carly and Freddie have to deal with as people in their twenties (which I can also relate to now as a 25 year old turning 26 in a couple of months). 😅

The auditions are finally over and you know what that means! An awkward pause between now and the next round as we all twiddle our fingers and wait for the Olympics to be over so we can get back to Simon Cowell. Now is the best time for people to talk about their favorite acts we've seen thus far, choosing ones to root for during the live shows. I'm also doing that, but we ain't doing some child's play watchmojo top ten, no sir! We're ranking them ALL!
7 rules/disclaimers to get through before we start:

1. Every act on this list must have their full audition televised start to finish. If it got cut off, sorry but it's not on the list.
2. Every act on this list has gone through to deliberations or has received a golden buzzer.
3. I know we kinda already have an unofficial list as to who's in the live shows, but I started working on this at the beginning of the season and I'm not throwing it away now! But for the meek, I won't mention who made the lives at all during this list.
4. There are tiers, but this isn't a tier list. They're more or less markers to show when my opinions start to get more positive. Individual rankings still matter.
5. I'll try to keep entries brief but I'll go more in detail from time to time.
6. And most importantly, let this be said.
7. And yes that last one applies vice versa. This is all opinions, not facts.

Alright, that covers everything so let's start with F tier and work our way up!
F Tier (Bad, Really Don't Like)
75. Pam and Casper - Once again, the worst act is a singing dog. I find these "singing" dog acts to be really annoying. Casper is just howling! That's all it is, he's just being a dog! If there's anything this act has over Chris and Sid (last year's singing dog act), it's that Pam is an actually good singer, who maybe could've auditioned herself and I would care a bit more. But no, she plays off this "oOh the dog is kinda singing" bit and it really doesn't work. Just a bad act, but not totally irredeemable because again, Pam's a decent singer.
74. Shuffolution - Shuffling as a dance move is great, you can whip it out easily when you run out of ideas. But a whole group based around it specifically? The appeal of a shuffle becomes lost when it's in a whole group, and that's my problem with Shuffolution. They base their group on the shuffle, and that's it, that's the audition. They have some flips in there so that's cool, plus they're well synchronized. But after that, I just find them boring compared to so many other dancers this season! Plus the music is weird, why are you changing song every 10 seconds?
73. Shai and Bini - They really bombed the audition but really what're we missing? The tricks shown off were pretty basic, wow he put ball in hoop. Plus when it worked, Bini didn't really do much to make it work, the act is pretty much Shai at that point. It there's something to give credit it's how Shai handled the situation, I think he did well but it only highlights my problem with this act not really being about the bunny. I wanna give this another shot, but it's just not worth it.
D Tier (Below Average, Dislike It)
72. Gerald Kelly - Weakest comedian we've had this season. I'm not into the "parenting" style of comedy if that makes sense, also I REALLY don't like this narrative they built up with him and his son competing against each other. Speaking of his son;
71. Lil Hunter Kelly - The "I'm 7 years old and we have the same job" joke got me, I admit. After that, it's a child comedian so what did you expect. Why you gotta do Kevin Hart like this?
70. Michael & Angelina Novikova - Oh was the last narrative annoying? Get a load of these guys, their sibling got buzzed 5 years ago by Howie and that definitely impacted their entire life! Even after that this duo doesn't stand out. Other than the floor slide there aren't any moves we haven't seen or anything that stands out.
69 (haha it's the funny number). Beyond Belief Dance Company - If it were adults, no one would care. But even though it’s kids that doesn't change my outlook on it. There aren't any memorable tricks, it's just not good. I put them above Michael and Angelina because at least Justin's a better guardian figure than their Karen mom.
68. Guapacharros - We went from Mexican dancing and singing to Backstreet Boys and now they're shirtless. Like do what you must to stay memorable but the act still has to be good. There's some tap though and tap is cool so bonus points.
67. The Canine Stars - Cosplay for the dogs getcha cosplay for ya dogs! To give credit there are some good tricks the girl does but it just gets overshadowed by the dogs....play. Yeah dogsplay we'll call it that. Not bad, just a one off that doesn't have much else to do.
66. Pasha and Aliona - It's cool for a while but wears off quick.
65. The Other Direction - I didn't find their song very funny, nor was the group. These personalities don't mean anything, it doesn't affect their role in the actual act, it's just a fashion change. Obvious exception is the cowboy, but still it's not like they play off each other or make the act more interesting. Eh, I guess the name is pretty clever.
C Tier (Average, Neutral To It)
64. The Hiplet Ballerinas - Don't believe the lies told to you they were NOT on their toes the whole time but enough of the time to get them in C tier. I think it's weird how they did their whole story about being rejected ballerinas and the act starts and there's almost no ballet it's club dancing. Obviously though if they just did ballet they'd get buzzed off and forgotten, and I get they had to have the other part, but it just doesn't work all that well.
63. Mike Goodwin - I like his delivery a lot but not a big fan of his material.
62. 1aChord - Just got severely outperformed. I also don't like the song they sang, yet I don't have another in mind so point is, 1aChord's fine.
61. Joel Claudio - He's fine, good at what he does, just not my thing.
60. The Curtis Family C-Notes - They get style points, that's cool. Very upbeat, fun audition. The mom carried them singing wise however.
59. Dustin Tavella - The caliber for magic and mentalism this season is insane, we have so many great magicians competing. With such a high bar, Dustin just falls short in my mind. Still though, impressive mentalist and it's great how he told a story with this. Or rewriting his personal story for the sympathy vote I don't know.
58. Gina Brillon - Solid comedian, that's really it.
57. Northwell Health Nurse Choir - This is it, the first golden buzzer, and I do not care. Northwell Health Nurse Choir is definitely an improvement over Voices of Our City Choir from last year because at least these guys have energy and are fun to watch, Voice of Our City was just boring. Even then, Northwell Health is fine, but I don't think they really deserved the golden buzzer, especially from Howie why did HE press it?
56. Roman Kricheli - BOX MAN MAN WIT DA BOX BOX WIT DA MAN IN IT MAN GO IN BOX BOX MAN!
55. Chapkidz - Every time I watch their audition I lose focus and miss it. I don't know if that's the act's fault but it doesn't happen with anyone else so I'm gonna say it is.
54. Skylar Brothers - I think it's cool to have a duo comic act on this show. I found them a bit funny, that's an achievement.
53. Scarlett Business - Capping off C tier is Scarlett Business....yeah I got nothing drag is amusing so are contortionists, that's all.
Pit of Singers (C+ Tier For You Traditionalists, Like It)
52. Dylan Zangwill - Hey kids! It's time for everyone's least favorite part of everything I do, the Pit of Singers! Essentially this is just 10 singers that I like and are pretty memorable, but I can't call them my favorites. Dylan's a fine example, he's a unique singer for sure but gets outclassed later on.
51. Matt Mauser - People are too hard on this guy, he's not THAT bad, I'd say he's good. Yeah his story helped him through ten fold but I thought he had a pretty good audition when you look past that.
50. Tory Vagasy - Eh, Frozen is cool. Good act that was only shown for a Howie arch no one asked for.
49. Jayy Dunez - Pretty solid once again, this is what the PoS is all about.
48. Ray Singleton - It's good, he's memorable, what else?
47. T.3 - REMEMBER FROZEN DON'T YOU WANNA WATCH FROZEN RIGHT NOW?
46. Jimmy Herrod - Oh it's the second golden buzzer! And once again, I do not care! Jimmy Herrod's just fine, maybe not a golden buzzer worthy act but he was fine. I've nothing else to say so instead I'll mention that there is no documented moment before Auditions 4 came out of Simon ever saying Tomorrow was his least favorite song. I feel like we'd know that by now, especially since multiple people have sang it on X Factor or American Idol. It just feels like he threw that in for the sake of making the audition better.
45. Gabriella Laberge - We don't have a lot of quiet singers nowadays, and when we do it's most likely a sob story. It's good we have a quiet singer who's just a good singer, although I will admit the violin felt pretty off putting.
44. Storm Large - You know what else we don't have on Agt? Altos, what happened to them? Storm Large is an act we've needed for a long time, it's great to have lower ranged singers on this show.
43. Peter Rosalita - This kid's insane! What else is there to say he's just a crazy good singer! That said, I said there were 10 acts in the PoS, and we've only covered 9. So if Peter's so great, who could beat him...
42. Hello Sister - ....f*cking ICarly. So Hello Sister is on no terms the best singer of this bunch, if anything they're the worst. But this is an opinionated list, and they are my favorite. Honest answer as to why; I like cheese on this show. The weird and the cheese are why I watch this show, it's just part of the appeal to me. And Hello Sister is an example. I this was on any other show I wouldn't care but it's on America's got Talent, I'm having fun, Hello Sister is a guilty pleasure and I'm not apologizing.
B Tier (Great, Like It)
41. Gigi Deluxe & Devon - Now back to your regularly scheduled list. In a season with so little danger, the little that we have should be appreciated. Gigi Deluxe & Devon did great, we haven't had an archery based danger act in a while so yeah.
40. Ehrlich - Diabolo but sticks and it's just kinda floatin' around. Ehrlich is a unique dancer and fun to watch.
39. The Amazing Shoji - Good ol' child magician, what's not to like?
38. Sergio Paulo - Jugglers are weird, they used to be super common in earlier seasons now they'll show up once every blue moon and have a couple tricks to show for it. That has nothing to do with Sergio I just need to fill time with something. Point is, Sergio's an enjoyable act.
37. Breez Karver - Bro is that CONTEMPORARY DANCE? Breez Karver's a great dancer, not much else.
36. DFlex - The contortionist Frenchie Babyy wanted to be. Thing that separates the two is that Frenchie was more dance based, DFlex is a full on contortionist and a good one at that.
35. Doteuk Crew - Did it make sense? God no, but Doteuk Crew is consistently upbeat and exciting and it wasn't too hard to claim them my favorite dance group this season. Notice how I said group.
34. Temple London - A lot of great tricks, enjoyable act all around.
33. Sarah Potenza - Very likable and a great singer.
32. Victory Brinker - "Okay now he HAS to care about the golden buzzers, we're almost in the top 30 now!" Nope I still don't. I don't care how many hands were on that button, Victory is just a bonus gb we didn't need. Still though it's very impressive for her age, albeit concerning for her age. We didn't need this golden buzzer to happen.
31. Josh Blue - I found his material funny, what else do I need to say?
30. Les Beaux Freres - At least with Temple London if they failed they might live peacefully afterward. You screw up in Les Beaux Freres, that's it you're done why even bother? These two are great circus performers, this is some hard stuff.
29. Matt Johnson - I've never been that into escape artists. The way they suspense their acts just always bothered me. Matt Johnson is no exception, he knew damn well the water would drop the saw at the top marker. Even then though, I think he has potential to be one of my favorites later on if he plays his cards right. I mean hey, I enjoyed Jonathan Goodwin last season and he was an escape artist. And like I said earlier, with so little danger you gotta cherish what you have.
28. Aidan Bryant - Oh yeah aerialists are technically danger acts I forgot. Aidan had a great audition, he's a great aerialist, and a great closer for B tier.
A Tier (Amazing, Love It)
27. Madilyn Bailey - By disliking this act it only gives it more material for later rounds. Just a good singing act all around, it's original, it's creative, we haven't had someone like this on this show.
26. ANICA - Really strong audition, awesome singer, nothing else to add.
25. Kabir Singh - On point comedian, he has funny material, great storytelling, all around amazing act.
24. Keith Apicary - Judging by how low most of the dancers are, some of you guys probably think I hate dance acts. Sometimes I'll think that's true, and then I remember Nathan Barnatt, aka Keith Apicary. It's just some dude dancing, and it's so insanely enjoyable! This is the guy you wanna have out on the dance floor, just one of the dumb fun acts that keeps me coming back to this show. Nathan Barnatt is a legend we're yet to acknowledge and I won't stand for it anymore.
23. Pizza Man Nick Diesslin - An important part to novelty acts is the personality or persona. Do you care about this character the performer created? Pizza Man Nick Diesslin understands that really well, I like the Pizza Man persona and his jingle and backstory! Even after that the dough juggling tricks are amazing as well, just another dumb fun act I really like.
22. Kevin Micoud - I didn't know these Led hologram fans existed so when I first saw the act OH BOI THAT WAS AN EXPERIENCE! But after I looked into it more this is still an incredible act, medium sized holograms are real guys why are we not talking about this?
21. Unicircle Flow - Incredibly unique, we had one unicyclist last season, but what if there were four and they were all dancing? That's Unicircle Flow in a nutshell, overall very enjoyable.
20. Johnny Showcase - In a season with so much great novelty and joke acts, I was about to write Johnny Showcase off as one of the weaker ones. But after rewatching a couple times, I get it now. This act is just 4 college friends who got together and said "yeah let's form a band" and it totally works! Their original song is such a bop in my mind, it's so catchy and fun and I love it! I care about this stupid Rumi Kitchen spiritual advisor, how does one get a spiritual advisor because I want one! It's not gonna win or anything but by god it's a good time. Please give Johnny Showcase the attention it deserves.
19. Cam Bertrand - Easily the best comedian this season. His delivery, his storytelling, his writing, all are on point! I laughed multiple times during his audition, this guy is going places.
18. Gangstagrass - You may have noticed at this point I have a bias towards original songwriters opposed to those who do covers. Gangstagrass is no exception, I loved their original song, it's catchy, I think the mix of rap and country works phenomenally, all around love this act.
17. Rialcris - I like acrobatic groups like these, alright? They display insane amounts of strength, of balance, they're just really flippin cool, and sometimes that's all I need to say to justify something!
16. Patrick Kun - Incredible magician, the way he gets the judges involved with his magic to the point of them unknowingly doing the tricks is incredible!
15. Sethward - I shouldn't be doing this, no one asked me or wants me to do this....but f*ck it. SEEE E E E A E A AA AAAAAAAATH TT HT HTH THTHATHH W AR ARAR RR R R R R RRR RRRRDD BOOOIIISSISIIIS! I said earlier that joke acts are part of the appeal of this show to me and that's highlighted well in Sethward. The fact he just keeps showing up is amusing, alright? It's like Leonid the Magnificent from the earlier seasons, except this one has a lot more animal costumes. Sethward's just a stupid meme act and I love it, it's funny, it's amusing, just let me have bad opinions every now and then.
14. Danila Bim - Alright back to serious entries. Danila Bim is as outstanding aerialist, guys she's hanging from her hair! If that isn't impressive, I don't know what is anymore.
13. Medhat Mandouh - Beatboxing on woodwind instruments has always been around, but what if it was on an instrument we all hated? That's where Medhat comes in with a recorder and knocks your socks off. This guys insanely talented, the song's a bop, amazing act overall.
12. Positive Impact Movement - Rialcris is probably better but Positive Impact Movement added weights and that got my full attention! Like I said, acrobatic acts like these are incredible, overall I really love this act.
11. Korean Soul - Such a good vocal quartet. God DAMN those are some harmonies. They were in the top ten but as I'm writing this post I'm still making changes and they got cut last minute. But I will say they held number 1 early in the season and I guess that's worth something. But still, love these guys.
S Tier (Outstanding, My Ideal Finals)
10. JW Inspirational Singers of NYC - This is it, the top ten, if I was making the finals, here's who I'd choose. To start off, JW Inspirational Singers of NYC. As a humble theater kid, this act really did it for me. It's so intense and energetic and powerful, oh my god it's incredible. Tap is still cool, and I think the implementation highlighted the great parts of this act quite well. Inspirational singers steps on stage and hits you with such a powerful performance with excellent soloists, an incredible song to back it up, and overall just a talented group of people.
9. Donovan - Alright now let's get back to stupid sh*t. DOOO O O ONO ONO NNO VVV A AVAA NA NA NNNNN! As a humble theater kid, this act ALSO did it for me. He walks on stage as just Donovan, a joke about being a single named artist who has a basic name, then sings music from PHANTOM OF THE OPERA. Wha-ha-what is this? And why is it so good? How does this guy nail every single note then act like it was nothing? Donovan was so ridiculous and caught me completely off guard, and that's one of the things I love about watching this show. You think this might be normal, then it catches you by surprise and something unexpected and beautiful happens! Acts like Donovan or Sethward are just the reasons I watch this show, for the weird and the unexpected and the random and I love it all.
8. World Taekwondo Demonstration Team - Someone is gonna say I put them too low...this is 8 out of 76. I'd be pretty damn happy about it and you would be too. Anyways, World Taekwondo Demonstration Team was SO awesome! These guys are jumping up 2 stories like it's nothing! They do the jump, they're kicking boards left and right flying through the air it's so cool! What else is there for me to say? I guess if there's anything I don't like, I don't understand why they add all the basic posing without any real tricks going on, it just drags the act out for longer than it should. But still, it's an insanely skilled group and I can't wait to see what they'll do next.
7. Nightbirde - Well this is gonna be controversial. I get it, you don't like sob stories, they rob other acts, they make this show "unwatchable" for you. But hear me out. I want you to just listen to the song "It's Okay". Don't think about Agt, don't think about any other act, just listen to the song. Do that then come back here. Truth is....it's a damn good song. There, that's why I like Nightbirde. I think she's a good singer and songwriter, she's relaxing, she's pleasant, it's a damn. Good. Song. Denying Nightbirde's sob story got her the gb and all this attention would be silly so I'm not going to, but take out the sob story for a moment, and just let Nightbirde be a good singer! Is that enough of a reason? Have I justified my views to you? Will I ever be able to? I just enjoy Nightbirde guys, that's all.
6. Alexandria Cote - Alright, now that we did a bit of existential dread, let's talk about DOGS! Alexandria Cote and her dogs are extremely talented and I'm surprised you all don't talk about them more! It was mad synchronized, they spun the EXACT SAME TIME! Plus it's well choreographed for a dog act, why don't we talk about this? I don't have anything else to add, Alexandria Cote is very underrated and you guys need to wake up on this.
5. Peter Antoniou - I've said it before but the caliber for magic this season is so much higher than the last 2 seasons have been. Peter Antoniou is no exception, this guy is amazing! The first trick was insane enough, having Terry pick a random object and a random place to put it, and getting it right with a prerecorded message? WHAT? And the second was even better, out of thousands of boxes how on earth do you pick the same one Simon did? Plus he knows how to write a few jokes into his act and not make it awkward, something that's rarer than you think. Overall, outstanding mentalist!
4. Brooke Simpson - I promise this is the last singer, which also means it's my favorite. I really don't have much to say for this other than Brooke Simpson slaps! Like really, this was just a really powerful audition! I really like the song she sang, it's one that I personally enjoy so that definitely helped it. I mean honestly, what else is there to say? I'm trying to stretch this out because we're near the end of the list and I wanna put more work into my favorites, but no, Brooke Simpson is my favorite singer this season and that's all that matters.
3. Klek Entos - Yo, Klek Entos is pretty tight. The act is perfectly mysterious and well put together, the entire atmosphere from his presence is just unnerving, even to watch! Everything Klek Entos does in this act just keeps you on your seat waiting for whatever the next trick may be. Oh and WHERE DID THAT SPIDER GO? The way he vanished it with his hands and some sudden smoke, and how he's trembling after doing it, oh my god it's so well done. Klek Entos is is a phenomenal act, and as a bonus, loving the plaid keep the plaid.
2. Michael Winslow - I give a lot of bias to impressionists, they're my favorite act type so of course I will. But look at last season for example. Vincent Marcus isn't that good, why is he my number 3 by the end of the season? Well even when an impressionist is just okay and not top 3 worthy, we don't get them that often so I work with what we got. However, Michael Winslow is different. How you ask? He's actually good. He's funny, he's entertaining, he's just a good time all around! Michael Winslow is already famous, yes. He probably shouldn't even be here, but for what it's worth, I enjoyed his audition enough to put him at number 2. Why do I sound so unexcited right now, we're about to unveil number one, and HERE I AM, GIVING NOTHING REASONS, BECAUSE IT'S 1 AM AND I JUST WANT TO BE DONE WITH THIS-
NUMBER 1. Léa Kyle - Ladies, gentlemen, distinguished guests, we have my number one favorite act this season, Léa Kyle. Where do I even begin? I think with every magician so far, I've been able to at least sort of understand how their tricks worked. With Léa, HOW DO YOU MAKE A DRESS FLY THROUGH THE AIR THEN QUICK CHANGE IT ONTO YOU? It just doesn't make sense, how does that work? And then the trick with quick changing under confetti, and the one were she covers herself with the cloth for half a second then magically turned shorts into a dress and has 4 other outfits in hand?! This is just off the chain! Léa Kyle is insane at what she does, just rewatching her performance for this post was a joy. I wanna leave off this entry with a quote from Penn on "Penn and Teller Fool Us" after Léa had performed and successfully fooled the two, as I think it sums up my thoughts on this act better than my tired 1 am ramblings can: "This does not mean quick change artists can come on and fool us, because quick change artists can't. Magicians can."

We did it lads, another season fully ranked. I had so much fun making this last year for season 15, and I was looking forward to making this year's version pretty much all of the off-season! It's satisfying to have this done and completed after working on it since the auditions began, and getting to say I wrote this is just the best conversation starter everyone hates! It's like saying you have a podcast, no one cares about your podcast my guy. Anyways that's the list, go slap me in the comments, maybe slap someone else if you feel really aggressive. I was gonna do a quick finals prediction but I'm too tired to think that much right now. It's actually closer to 2 am so I'm getting some sleep. Take care y'all, and slap 'em good for me.

I'm writing this because as someone who watched this show originally as a teen, I always loved the Carly/Freddie ship more than the Sam/Freddie one, and with the way the show ended, I thought the show kind of left us on a "one day they may be together" note. So, with this new revival, and these new characters this is how I would do Creddie. Now to be clear, I'm not saying they should do it or not, as I know some people will not want it, even if I do. This is just how I would do it.
So I would continue for a few more episodes with more little moments of those little teases that hint at Carly/Freddie. Like Freddie dancing with Carly, or how he basically touched her up when he was getting her out of the bunny costume, or how Carly had a failed date and then decided to spend her evening eating a burger with Freddie.
Through all that I would continue Millicent as her normal self towards Carly, acting mean to her, and as if she doesn't like her. But eventually I would have Carly and Millicent alone together and Millicent does something that makes Carly snap and ask Millicent why doesn't she like her? I would then have Millicent say something like she doesn't like Carly because she's the reason that Freddie's other relationships have failed, as even when Freddie was married he'd talk about Carly, and spend too much time with her for his wife's liking. Carly would then respond a bit confused and taken back, and say something along the lines of that they are friends, and it's not her fault. But then I would have Millicent say it is because the reason Freddie spends so much time with her is because he's still in love with Carly, even if he doesn't actively know it.
After that I would have Carly a bit taken back by it all, and confused, and she can have a conversation with Harper, which she is being vague in, but then doesn't get any helpful advice. Then she can turn to Spencer, and talk to him about it. Spencer can then be a good big brother and be honest with Carly and say that Millicent is probably right, as he has never seen Freddie as 'in love' as he was with Carly. Carly can then ask Spencer what she should do, but then he says well that is up to her.
We could then get some back and fourth with Carly unsure what to do, as she sorts through her own emotions, before she calls Sam. They could then do something like a one way conversation, or Carly leaves a message and Sam texts her back. After Carly can text Freddie to talk to him, looking like she may be about to say she has feelings for Freddie too, she just hasn't realised it until now. But as Freddie and Carly are about to talk, Freddie comes in all happy and tells Carly that he has got back together with his ex-wife (Millicent's mom), leaving Carly to make up something and say something awkward, perhaps about Icarly.
After that Carly can be left in a place where she doesn't like Freddie being with his ex-wife, and is simply just jealous. Then she can say to Spencer how she hates how everything had to happen which made her realise she likes Freddie like that, and she wishes she could go back to the way it was before.
Things can progress from there and then eventually Carly does something stupid, and tries to break Freddie and his ex-wife up. But then as Carly is trying to do it, she finds that Millicent is trying to do something similar, but they then both fail and Freddie and his ex-wife leave (without seeing Carly and Millicent) and Carly and Millicent are left alone to talk. Carly can ask Millicent what she is doing, and she can explain how she doesn't want her parents back together, as they were always fighting, and she doesn't want that to happen again. Millicent can then ask Carly why she was trying to break them up, and then Carly can lie, and be awkward, but Millicent can then realise that Carly is trying to break her parents up because she has feelings for Freddie. We can then get a cute moment where Carly doesn't admit it, and is awkward and quiet until she says something like "Would.... would that be okay with you?" to Millicent about her being with Freddie. Millicent can then say something cute, and say yes, but then say if she hurts Freddie she'll make her pay.
We can then move on and eventually Freddie and his ex-wife can break up, from something completely unrelated to what Carly and Millicent were doing. Carly can then go and try and talk to Freddie about her feelings, but then he just says he's not going to date for a while, as he just wants to be single, causing Carly to not discuss her feelings again.
Then we get a few more episodes, where Carly tries to move on from Freddie, and date other guys, but they all fail, and Carly is just getting annoyed by it all and her feelings. Eventually Carly can just be mean to Freddie, and yell at him or something, or fire him from being her producer, just because she is annoyed and frustrated about her feelings AND after Freddie sets Carly up on a date with one of his friends. Carly can then go on the date with Freddie's friend and then blow up on the guy, and yell at him, and just be mean in general, perhaps cause the guy talks about Freddie a bit. After Carly can go home, and then Freddie comes storming into Carly's apartment, mad. Freddie then can say something about how it's one thing for her to yell at him, but it's another thing for her to yell at his friend, who was just being nice. Carly can then get angry at Freddie again, and yell at him. Freddie can then yell why Carly is acting this way. Then Carly yells something like "because I love you" or "because I like you", something that admits her feelings. Freddie can then be stunned for a few seconds, and then Carly is just awkward, looking away at Freddie twiddling with her hands, saying something about how she's sorry or whatever, but then before Carly can finish talking Freddie has walked over to her and is kissing her.

The other girls all gasp in shock, except TV who's fighting back tears as she realizes she forgot to pack her Maxi cut wig in a slightly darker shade of blonde.
