So I was Childe's Fatui assistant/recruit or something and followed him around while he was packing my boxes. This was happening back before I moved I guess, because we were at my old house's driveway and loading things into my mom's big white car. Capitano showed up and I wanted to give them some alone time, so I sat down on the ground and pretended to be asleep. While they talked, Capitano did seem concerned that I was sleeping on the ground.
Later, we all got into the car; Childe was driving, Capitano was in the back left seat, and I was in the passenger seat. Childe said "This is how we drive in Snezhnaya!" First, he turned on a maximum volume playlist of metal remixes I don't remember the first song that came on, but I remember I hated it and switched two songs forward. Then he closed his eyes and slammed his foot on the gas. He drove completely normally.
Some time later, Childe's clothes get ruined (completely soaked with milk) and I say "Oh no, I have to burn these. Now I know how Ekaterina feels. She told me how to do this." Capitano says that to get the stains out, you wash in hot water and spin dry. I say "That's only with Snezhnaya detergent. In Liyue, you wash in cold water and air dry." So we take the clothes to a high Liyue mountain to dry. Then there's a gust of wind and the sun hats that they are suddenly wearing blow off and land on Cloud Retainer and Mountain Shaper. I wanted to take a picture to show people when I woke up, but my phone wasn't working and the disappointment is what jolted me awake.

After debating for weeks about where to go for our first trip to Europe, my girlfriend (33f) and I (37m) decided to go to Spain in Spring of 2024
She knows a Texas version of Spanish and we love the culture, food and architecture. Not only that it is also one of the more affordable options.
We both picked a favorite location and we will be planning our trip around that. I picked Granada to see Alhambra and Moorish history and she picked Barcelona for the architecture.
I've explained to her that an itinerary like this would most likely involve skipping Madrid which is a hard pill to swallow.
I need help with what else to skip.
Day 1-3
The itinerary I had in mind involves flying into Barcelona in the morning and visiting the city center when we get there. Then explore for the next two full days.
Day 4-8 Andalusia
Here's where the question marks pop up.
Day 4. We could fly into Seville in the morning which would give us the afternoon to explore.
Day 5 Explore more of Seville
Day 6 Rent a car and drive to Ronda. Then arrive in Granada.
Day 7 Explore Alhambra.
Day 8 Arrive in Malaga and relax before flying out.
Andalusia feels rushed to me and I feel like we would need to adjust ouritinerary. I've thought about skipping Ronda on Day 6 and instead of renting a car, train hopping from Seville to Cordoba for a day trip then hopping on a train to Granada that evening. But we would have our luggage with us while exploring Cordoba. At least with a rental we can leave or luggage in the car.
I know everyone says to avoid a rental car but they said the same thing when we went to Yucatan MX and we love having the freedom. If we rent a car I would see if there was an option to park at a bus or train terminal in the bigger towns.

So my (26M) GF (21F) of almost a year is making me feel pretty shitty about my living situation. She is so kind and loving and understanding , but she doesn’t realize how much this is hurting me.
She doesn’t come from a great family, and they kicked her out as soon as she turned 18 so she was thrown into independence way before she should have been. I, on the other hand, have a very helpful & loving family.
I dropped out of college 7 years ago, and time has just kind of flown by. I have never had a girlfriend before her, so I really didn’t spend much time planning a future or a timeline. Was just kinda seeing where things go.
My girlfriend told me when we first started dating, that she’s looking for something serious. Eventually Marriage, kids , ect in the next few years. I agreed and said I am looking for the same. I have a decent paying job right now. So I’m not a bum.
She told me that before we move in together, I should spend time living alone by myself so I can learn about “finances “ and “expenses”. I applied for one apartment on Zillow, and didn’t hear back, so I kind of gave up. I do want to move in with her tho.
My parents pay pretty much all of my bills except my car note. They pay my insurances, food, phone, ect. They also deal with all the insurance specifics. I have been trying to find my own insurance, and my girlfriend seems to look down on me when I struggle to do it or attempt to apply. Since I’m on their current medical insurance now, my mom helps me find a doctor since they’re in her network.
She was being a bit rude when she was explaining the cost of living to me, and I told her I don’t really know how much groceries cost since my family pays for them. She said “you really don’t know how much toilet paper costs” ? Or “you don’t have an idea of a phone bill”
We were packing for a trip, and I was getting overwhelmed. So I asked her if she could help me pack. She said “ you can’t pack yourself ?” So I kinda snapped and said “You are making me feel like shit and are judgmental. Stop overwhelming me” I didn’t mean it.
I feel judged and she needs to realize barley anybody her age is doing what she’s doing. All of my friends live at h home and some don’t even have jobs and do nothing with their life. So idk.

Come to find out, it seems confusion runs abound in these model years. Dealer quoted a CVT replacement, third party transmission shop checked with dealer and also quoted CVT replacement, and now it turns out third party mechanic actually put CVT fluid in it 5-10k miles ago.
What's anyone know about CVT fluid? I try to only use exact OEM driveline fluids in my own cars, but I have an awareness that experienced transmission guys do not see it that way and they generally think the wide compatible Valvoline is good for everything. But CVT is a whole different thing. Is this fluid similar to ATF in viscosity? Does it have friction modifiers or a lack of them?
Not looking forward to seeing this shitty situation unfold. This is why I learned to work on my own cars and buy manuals. First of all, I don't know if this book was published or a wattpad book. Basically what happens is that her car breaks down during a heavy snow storm. She decides to leave the car and starts walking. She sees a cabin in the distance and walks up there. In the cabin is a group of hockey players staying and they allow her to stay for a few days. I think they have a private chef?
I'm not sure but I think the MMC gets migraines and the FMC is looking out for him a little bit.

I’m currently looking for my first job as a CCC in another state that I hope to be moving to soon. I am between two potential jobs, so far. One is a clinic that has already made me an offer that isn’t too bad for a first job (just shy of $80,000 plus benefits) and the other job is EI where you travel to the clients’ houses and, while I haven’t been offered anything yet, the information they have in the posting leads me to believe I could make $95,000+.
My concern is the potential for burnout and work/life balance. The clinic job has assured me they are flexible time-wise but they only do 30 minute sessions and they are starting me off with easing into a full caseload. As for the EI, I know nothing about it as I haven’t interviewed yet, but I’ve heard that the driving around and going into other’s homes can be taxing.
So I guess my question is: what is your experience with either of these models if you have any? Clinical SLPs, how do you feel your work/life balance is? If you were offered an EI job that paid better on paper, would you take it? SLPs who do travel EI, what costs do I need to factor in to see if that 95,000+ will go as far as I’d like, outside of gas and car weatear?
Any help would be truly appreciated as I just want to make sure I’m doing right by me and mine. Thank you!

Is it really easy to get around on public transportation or should I get a car ?Especially for when it's super cold or hot I feel like taking public transportation would be such a pain. This is really random. I live in an apartment complex with an attached single stall garage. There is some storage space so my roommate and I keep extra stuff down there besides my car. There isn’t a lot of valuable stuff in there, the only things I would be a little upset about are my folding table and chairs, one bike, and possibly my suitcase set. However, nothing I truly care about (other than the car).
Because of that I don’t normally lock it. We haven’t had any issues in the year and a half we have lived here. One of my elderly neighbors claims she had a bag of medication stolen from outside her door while she was bringing groceries in but no one saw anything. There are no security cameras.
On Friday I brought down a garbage bag of clothes I wanted to declutter and donate. This morning I realized it was gone. I don’t remember seeing it last night either. So at some point in time over the weekend, someone went into my garage and took the bag. My roommate says she didn’t move it and I don’t remember moving it either.
The weird thing is that it is the only thing missing. I double checked everything else. I’m not mad about it, just more flabbergasted than anything. None of the clothes were particularly nice. And there are other bags of clothes they didn’t take.
As a safety measure I’ve since locked the garage. But I guess it’s one less bag for me to take to the charity shop?

I did it. I messed around and found out. Why? Pure curiosity. Now I regret it extremely but I also am scared and pissed.
Short background- my father left the country leaving my mother, brother and myself, alone. He was the sole bread winner of the family. My brother is in his late teens out of highschool and I am in my mid 20's. As of now, I am supporting my family financially entirely. I am paying for everything but their food- which is paid for by my mother. She is living off savings she had saved up from pre-marriage to my father.
My mother has been paying my brothers student loans since July, except the last two months. Those I paid for. (I cosigned them, terrible mistake I know...) He only went for a semester for reference.
Instead of saving $ I spend $2000 in rent and electric (other utilities are included in rent), $30 for wifi, $50 in car loans, $700 in my own student loans and $50 for car insurance. I drive almost 2 hours a day to work back and forth because my mother insisted we stay in our state to keep their state health insurance, and I don't make 3x rent. I had to call every potential land lord crying and pleading for them to rent to me. My entire life I lived with my parents aside from college, no one wanted to rent to me. Now we have a two bedroom. My mother and bro share a room. She has a normal sleep schedule (midnightish to 8amish) and he sleeps from 6/7am to around 2pm. When shes asleep he's in the living room. I have my own room - I insisted since I pay for everything i need my own space. I go into my savings monthly just to make the bare minimum payments (not including my own food and gas).
So fast forward to yesterday, my brother went out with my mom and left his computer unlocked. I looked through the tabs he had opened and found nothing insane, or out of the ordinary. I did however find his tumblr. There I found his girlfriends page. When I went to delete my history I accidentally closed the browser and saw a folder in the middle of his desktop. I clicked it. It was pictures of his gf in all angles. Nude, not nude. All clearly taken by her. I don't know if she is local or not but he never leaves the apartment. He doesn't have a car or license.
I think she is a terrible person for him. She has a plethora of mental disorders and constantly posts about 9/11 conspiracies as well as posts about how she is so disabled that she cant work and that there are many people who are willing to care for her fully so what is the point of working ever?
My brother doesn't work or go to school at the moment no matter how much I try and tell him to get a job or go to school. I don't care what he does just do something! He is on his computer from the second he wakes up to when he goes to bed. Now that I know he has this gf, I can assume that when my mother and I are asleep he is just up all night talking to her. Yes hes a teenage boy and he's horny, but come on???? SHE IS 100% CONVINCED SHE HAS MULTIPLE PERSONALITIES AND ONE OF THEM IS EMINEM??? In her damn bio on tumblr she says she has ADD, ADHD, DID, and a low IQ as well as autism. This girl doesn't need the internet or to talk to my brother 24/7 she needs therapy. Not self diagnosis. (I only assume this because she posted a few things about how she never has been to a doctor because she doesn't trust them). From one human to another - she deserves love and help if she so needs it in any way. But I am worried she is either brainwashing my brother into thinking its ok to never work- that people are lining up to care for you entirely. OR that he is taking advantage of her because she sends him nudes and he doesn't have to do much to keep her (being long distance). I can't think of why he is with her otherwise.
Anyway- I can't tell him that I know about her but I also can't do nothing. I feel extremely terrible for what I did snooping... I did not sleep last night.- BUT I am myself clinically depressed, see a therapist (but I stopped since we moved back in August due to lack of funds and distance from therapy). It is not fair for me to be working all day, drive an hour home, only to come home and cook my own dinner, and lunch for work and repeat? For what? So he can stay at home and whack off to this crazy chick who's a hardcore 9/11 conspiracy theorist when she isn't Eminem? My brother is not physically or mentally disabled. He can work or go to school- he just choses not to. He was the top of his class all of highschool and had a 3.9 GPA. In College we pulled him out because that was when my dad left the country and he became a bit depressed and stressed out about that. Even if he worked just part time it would benefit not only me (by him having money to pay his own loan off and help chip in for phone and internet) but it would do him good imo to get outside. Talk to people in person. I thought about telling him I am changing the internet password. Maybe giving him access to the internet for like 4 hours a day and then cutting him off. Not giving him the new password until I see some job or college applications?
If I move out at the end of the lease in August, both my mom and bro will be incomeless and homeless. I remind them everyday of this and just just laugh it off. I am trying to become mentally stronger and cut ties if I must, but I will not lie. They gaslight me and guilt me into being their cash cow. I need things to change or I am not sure how this story will end. I am 1000% not ok with supporting them both just so he can get off at 3am to his insane gf. It's been since Dec 2021 that he's been out of school and he's just been glued to the computer since then. My mother enables him. She thinks its ok. He's her precious boy and I am obligated to help because I am the oldest.... (only by 5 years may I add).
