I’ve noticed my cat makes a lottt more mess (and smells a lot more) whenever I’m not home. Even if I just go out for the day, and so have done the same amount of daily maintenance cleaning as usual, it always seems to be so much messier than when I’m at home all day. When I go on vacation I always get someone to come a feed and clean up after my cat and also spend time for affection/play. (I am often home for a full few days at a time due to chronic illness and so may slack on cleaning during these episodes however it never seems to get as messy or smelly)
I usually come home to litter having been kicked all over the floor and cat food smeared across the floor almost like she’s been playing with it? She has plenty of toys which is really enjoys playing with. Also my home will smell notably “catty” if I’ve been out for extended periods of time, similar to when she’s in heat and the litter tray smells stronger due to hormones.
I’m wondering if it’s a stress thing or maybe separation anxiety? And if anyone else has experienced this and if so what you do to help the situation?

Like many of you, I'm bored AF at home right now even though I'm still working full-time and am looking to get back into yoga for mental/physical health. I had a bad experience with a "fake" yoga teacher training program early this year and felt burned by the industry for a while, but I'm getting over it and REALLY miss my regular yoga practice. Hoping to do my YTT some time in the next couple of years!
I'm finding it hard to get motivated to practice regularly without scheduled studio classes and would love to practice with a group for accountability and reflection! If this already exists somewhere here, fill me in :) I'm not beginner or advanced...somewhere in the middle. I'm looking at Yoga with Adriene's 30 Days of Yoga to get started but am open to anything, really. I can sustain my own practice without guidance but love guided classes and a challenge. 30-60 minutes daily would be great. Bonus if anyone wants to combine with deeper study as well.

Long story short i left my bag downstairs but my mom always kept my stuff in her room if ive forgotten to get my stuff. It wasnt my mom and 100% is my niece.
I went out after the stealing happened, and saw i lost my $50, maybe thay amount is not a big deal but i am a student and every dollar is obviously precious. When i got home i asked my sister, That time my sister found her action suspicious bcs she kept asking if im home and if i knew that i left my bag there. She even kept asking if i was still out.
I wanted to confront her but mind you she got an attitude, always throw tantrums. Shes 9 btw. My mom doesnt let me raise this up to her or her parents, and she said she will pay me that money. yes i care abt the money but at the same time i care abt my niece too. We are very close and i took care of her when she was a little kid. So the next day i had an idea to fake a scenario, told her i need help to get my money back because if i dont get them i will have to give back my car to the shop lol, and if she found them ill give $10 but only if its in a full amount. I could see she looks terrified. Ik my idea will led her fake a scenario too where she acted like she found it under the sofa. Turns out my idea worked out well and the scenario is exactly what i predicted. She gave me the money but it was only $30. Then i said 30 isnt enough for me to keep my car, so i still need help. Then the next day again, after i got back home, she asked if i found the money. Thats where i kinda lost it bcs shes trying to make it sound like shes genuinely concerned so that she doesnt look suspicious.
So i brought her to my room and i said this is gonna be a very calm conversation and im not mad, but i know that u did it (told her why its obvious that it was her) she didnt wanna admit and said "i would never do that, i am scared of stealing money" so i asked her to swear (cus i know kids are scared to say it when they lie) then she threw tantrum again and stormed out of the room.
My mom got mad at me for asking her, she didnt want me to do it cus shes scared the parents mjght get angry at us for accusing their child.

I got my first job at aged 10 and continued to work multiple part time jobs through high school. After yr 13 I did a year of uni but had to leave due to a physical health condition. I focused on my recovery and then continued to work full time, save money and travel internationally here and there.

After 6 months of looking for a new job opportunity as a Graphic Designer, of doing “free exercises” and being ghosted, today I received criticism from a company I applied for cause the artwork I provided wasn’t perfect. They criticized me not editing the proper uniforms on the people showing in the artwork and complained I didn’t dedicate more time to it to make it perfect. We didn’t even have an interview yet, so this was my reply. Am I wrong? Cause I fear they might badmouth me with other companies as they are not a small business.
"I'm sorry to hear that i did not pass and although I always welcome constructive feedback, I would like to point out something to whomever is your hiring manager to make things very clear.
I used the mood board provided as a reference. I can in fact edit the uniforms, I have done it in the past, I have work to prove that. I did not invest more time into the exercise for a very simple reason: this was an exercise.
It was done for free, during the few chunks of free time I had available in one of our busiest week at my office.
If your hiring manager expected a fully finished, ready to be published artwork with full attention to detail and more time dedicated to it, not only I would have to invest more, I would have charged for it. Designers in this industry are always requested to do exercises beyond what we show in our portfolio, it is always done at our expense in our own free time.
Although I have never had an issue with delivering these requested artworks, it was always done after an interview first. I'm not sure about what the other designers might think, but I tend to not give my best for free.

Nerf is a bad idea for game development!

You know, each game has its own characteristics, has its own calling card. So here's the MAX class, one of those calling cards of Planetside.

Myself (34F) and my husband (36M) are married 4 years and together about 20 (we split in the early days and dated other people and got back together) we have 2 kids (5 and 6).
Husband, let's call him Ben. Ben didn't have a great childhood and also has undiagnosed GAD and probably OCD or ADHD
5 years ago Ben developed a delusion that I am cheating on him. This started small but it grew and grew. I would try my best to reassure him and clear away any of the ‘evidence’ he had, eg why I looked up certain things on my google, why I shaved my legs before I went to work (I work in a residential home with young people and my shifts include sleepovers) but there was also things i couldn't ‘prove ‘ to him, like why im online at the same time the man, he thinks I'm cheating with is online, or snapchat accounts he believed I created to talk to other people (which i haven't, I have set up Snapchat in the past but solely for the kids to mess with the filters) or a random number on my notepad that i deleted, I honeslty cant remember. Anyway the list goes on and on. It became so bad he would track me, use hidden voice recorders in my bag going to work ( he believed I brought someone to my job to have sex when the service users were sleeping! ) he hacked into my Google account, backed up my phone to his email, and during his episodes he would constantly accuse me and ask me questions. All this while working and having 2 very young kids was beyond exhausting.
In saying that, he wasn't constantly like this, he would have episodes that could last 2 days to 4 weeks or more. It escalated one night and he went to the hospital and got seen by a psychiatrist and put on antipsychotics and SSRI’s . He was stable for a short while and then it returned. Fast forward to now, I kicked him out as this was the longest and most heightened and aggressive episode to date and I couldn't take much more, also the kids are bit older now and noticing things, like him shouting at mammy or him being so preoccupied with trying to find ‘evidence’ on me etc. He is currently in a homeless shelter and I had to leave my job temporarily as I have nobody to mind the kids while on sleepovers, so I am only receiving social welfare(very little)
So, I came here as I am so confused, beyond devastated and angry and at a loss. I am confused as deep down I know he is mentally unwell and I should be showing him empathy and giving him space to heal. I love him with all my heart and sole. But also to have your husband not trust you for this long and all his behaviour to date (he said some VERY VERY nasty things to me) I don't know if I can take him back and withstand more of it. But he is trying to help himself by taking medication and therapy. Anyone experience something similar or anyone with advice, I'm at rock bottom here!
To add if anyone is thinking it, No I haven't cheated at all, I have not texted or contacted or met anyone that he doesn't know about!
TLDR; Husband is mentally ill, however I don't think I can take any more of his accusations. But I truly love him and so deeply confused and hurt.
