Bangkok- coming from small cityCanada it was a little hectic at first but I enjoyed the markets, went to floating market but not the instagram one it was more inner city and you get off boat to the markets. Khao San road one night. went early and it was good then watched it turn into zoo which was interesting and annoying at the same time Last day mostly stayed at our hotel Amara Bangkok as we had a beautiful rooftop pool and bar so we had to enjoy
Phuket: almost equally as hectic as Bangkok. I stayed in patong area but away from the noise, the main drag was fun at night, as I loved the live music, it was so good I questioned if it was even live. The taxi situation is exactly what everyone says it is, expensive and bolt drivers likely will decline for you. Went to the big Buddha and kata beach one day, the beach is way more packed than Patong and not worth the taxii price.The Russian complaining on this sub is over done, though there is a plenty there rudeness is over exaggerated. I liked Phuket to an extent it was more just a meh better than home place
Koh Phi Phi: beautiful place, good day tours, and the night life was good for those who are into that but kind of a sesspool. I did the maya/ monkey island / bamboo island tour one day and it was great, second day hung around the island and the amount of people, entrapped to tight road paths, the heat, and sewer smells just made me feel sick, and to boot that was the night I got food poisoning.
Railay beach: wanted off koh phi phi after half a day of shitting my guts out, came here and it was such more relaxing, though the entire time I had stomach issues, I didn’t do much except last day tried rock climbing for the first time ever and whoa that was crazy, I hate heights and can’t believe I did that., also watched muay Thai fight, and kayaked. Overall I loved the beach it was my type of place, chill, some night life and good activities
Krabi town: was debating going to the town, koh lanta or Khao sok , but I still wasn’t feeling the best and needed a break from the beaches so decided to go into the bush a little. The town isn’t the greatest, very spread out, went to emerald pool and hot springs which is meh but the elephants were just as lovely as I’d want but overall, tame couple days
Ao Nang: went on hong island tour which was great, hung out a pool, the beach is kinda meh and the water is mucky from all the tailboats but the town is great, lots of decent restaurants, good night life, and less hectic than Phuket, ended up closing our trip here cause it seemed like too much to go somewhere else and come back to fly back to Bangkok. If I didn’t get sick I probably would have went to koh lanta instead of Krabi town and then spend less days in ao Nang but, I had a great relaxing but still active last week so there’s no real regrets.
Takeaways - look both ways crossing the street, twice - Go straight for antibiotics instead of immodium cause your guts arent gonna like you trying to keep that poison in - Don’t be shy to wave down your waite waitress because service is comically abysmal compared to what I’m used too - Helllllooooo maaaaassage - As relaxing as last week was I wish I did one more stop, I would have loved khao sok, or even chiang Mai as I originally planned but was thrown off my air quality -not as cheap as I’ve been told for the past 15 years - how the fuck did the ocean islands/rocks form millions of year ago - Thai people are incredibly nice, and jokesters. I felt very welcomed

Of the counties surrounding or near Nashville, Rutherford (SE of Nashville, 552/sq mile) is the densest+most populated, followed by Williamson (S, 420/sq mile), Sumner (NE, 371/sq mile), Wilson (E, 259/sq mile), Robertson (N, 145/sq mile), Cheatham (E, 133/sq mile), and Dickson (E, 111/sq mile) in that order.
The area west of Nashville only looks somewhat hillier on a topography map, and it seems to be a roughly similar distance from Nashville as Mt. Juliet or Franklin. It does very little for players while giving the AI a cheap recon option.
Now, if I actually wanna keep xeno eyes out of my empire, I have to waste my valuable early techs on cloaking detection. Of course, nobody in their right mind would do that, so I just have to settle for the fact that “close borders” means fuck all now. And I hate that.
Everything else the update and dlc adds is great; but for the first time in the three years I’ve been with this game, I’m considering rolling it back. All because of this stupid little feature that kills a small, but important aspect of the game.

She had a bad home life (physical and mental abuse), I got my own place and moved her out.
14years later. We are in our 2nd home, my mom has passed away, and I've become recently disabled. We have 4 kids and a dog. We are getting married.
Her side, we weren't very intimate hugs/kisses/sex, I don't remember it being that bad, there was stress, and the recent disability, I'm sure it wasn't perfect! So it was her justification for
New years eve, Wife gets blackout drunk, and makes out with a guy 1/2 my age, Sitting on his lap with all our friends around. She "doesn't remember this' but can't really say she didn't do it.
A long road to recovery, agreeing to never drink like that again, 10 years later. Life is amazing, we both have careers, and we are both in school. Can't be much happier in any aspect of our relationship.
My wife goes on a business trip for a week, one of the people on her trip is a woman I work with, a woman that I told my wife is a heavy drinker, and I'm pretty sure she's been cheating on her husband with 2 different guys,during the trip, my wife has told me things like "the 5 of us all got really close spending late nights together copying footage'. My wife told a story of how she used to make out with women on a regular basis that her husband used to video record it, (our relationship was clear on this was “other women only”).
Spotty internet, but I got stories like this, or how this guy would always carry her lens cap for her since she didn't have pockets. I didn't think too much of it at the time.
5th night she was gone, we talked for a bit and at 11:50 she was going for a shower and heading to bed.
2am wakeup text from her. "I'm fucking drunk off my ass with "My coworker (F)", "Male1", "Male2", and "Male3".
And she sends me a pic of my coworker and the openly single guy on the trip, on a bed, both of their legs in the air and my wife with her tongue out with the piece hand sign taking a selfie.
Next morning, she "didn’t see any time I asked about how much she had to drink". a few of her quotes 'thank god I didn't get a hangover 'I don't want you to think I'm still drunk" and 'I’ll send more drunk pics tonight' (she admitted to having to delete all the other photos). They were planning on drinking again.
I found out she was asked if she ever cheated on her husband, and she said no. She says nothing happened, but she said that last time too until there was proof. She didn't think getting drunk in a hotel room with guys without her husband was a big deal.
I can't completely believe her and I am mad that she put herself in that situation, she barely knows these people, or what they could have been willing to do.

I am staying at a lovely AirBNB in Antigua, Guatemala. I’ve stayed here in the past for a night or two but this time I’ve been there for a week. Like many properties here there is a manager on site in case of emergency, and he helps you check in and answer any questions you may have. Most of the time he’s just in his office, reading a book or otherwise hanging out. We’ve only interacted a few times, but he’s incredibly sweet. The only thing he’s had to get us this week was some extra toilet paper. Since this is not like a concierge nor a maid, nor anything else at a hotel, I’m not sure if I should tip him or not or even how much. (For reference, the apartment is about $100 per night. Tipping here on a dinner is 10%, but even a nice restaurant is less than half of what it would be in the US - nice dinner for two last night was $27.)
There is no maid service, and the apt gets cleaned by somebody else at the end as part of the turnover for the next guests. We do pay a cleaning fee.

I’m looking for some feedback on my itinerary for 12 nights total between Tokyo and Kyoto during sakura season this year. We’ve been to Tokyo a handful of times and the last time we were in Tokyo was in 2017. This will be our first time to the Kansai region.
I’d like to know if we’re missing any must-sees while we’re in Japan this time. I feel like some of our dates could be filled out so we’re open to suggestions about what to do.
We’re not super into temples so visiting 1-2 is satisfactory for us. On this trip, we would like to see cherry blossoms, try unique foods, cycle somewhere scenic and quiet (thinking in Kyoto), and do a little bit of shopping as well.
We have a 18month-old in tow and will have a compact foldable stroller with us.

- Will splurge on taxi, I read here that maximum to pay is around 10.000 yen, which is OK.
- Tokyo to Kawaguchiko
- Forward our luggage straight to Kyoto
- Take a bus (this one) which takes us there in 2 hours + hotel shuttle pick-up from the station
- Kawaguchiko to Hakone area and back for a sightseeing drive with Fun2Drive
- Still researching, but seems like I will have to take a bus to Gotenba and then another bus. I am worried that my Mrs will not appreciate this at all. So might have to look into taxi options. Any advice?

Sorry if this comes out a bit rambly,
My husband and I have been together for almost twenty years now. We dated in High School, got married in our early 20s and have two beautiful daughters. Throught it all we've stayed very much in love and until now had a very healthy marriage.
My job situation on the other hand has been a rocky road. I've always had a job but its not until recently that I got something that pays very well. Working as an office manager and personal assistant to one of my old students from my college teacher days.
I barely even remember him and I didn't find out he'd be my boss until I got the job as the person who interviewed me was somebody else. He does remember me and said that when he found out I applied for the job he pushed to make sure I'd get it.
So here's the problems or well problems.
He has an annoying way of addressing women(always slipping ''mi vida'' y ''amor'') which for context I guess woud be like English guys who call women he's friendly with ''love'' all the darn time. I've tried addressing it but he keeps defaulting to it and defends himself as saying that's just how he talks but I notice that he doesn't use it with all the women in the office. As far as I can tell only me and two young women in their early 20s have to put up with it.HR is non-existent so I have nobody else to submit a complaint too.
He has a colorful dating past, including dating co-workers and is actually proud of it. Not to mention for a guy in his late 20s still comes off as very impulsive and lacks tact.
The job involves travelling as its basically a specialized call center and he travels around to meet new prospective clients, attend conferences, catch up current clients and checking on a sister company in a different city. I've already had to travel with him but it was a short trip and didn't have to spend the night in a hotel. The longer ones to the US are planned for later this year and one will involve a 10-day stay in Miami.
My husband understands we need the income, understands I'd never be unfaithful, and understands I'll jump to something else as soon as I can but this hasn't stopped him from feeling anxious over the whole thing.
I tell him everything and stuff like my boss saying I'm a proper woman and the type you don't find anymore makes him cringe. When I had to travel with my boss, my husband was constantly texted me, and even called me late at night. I told him he had nothing to worry about but he told me he couldn't help it. That he hates that I'm stuck sharing an office with some young guy who got lucky in life and maybe(or maybe not) is attracted to me. That when I turned down the job at first because they wouldn't meet the salary I requested just for them to call back an hour later to say they'd do it was his doing and might have been less about my competency and more about getting the ego boost of having me work for him makes my husband angry.
I admit it does makes me sad that my best paying job is working under somebody younger and somebody I used to teach. The awkward tension just makes it worse.
We're in debt as we took out a loan to open a business that didn't pan out, we're paying for our girls to go through an expensive private school and help out our parents so quitting the job is not an option. My husband has never even suggested it but the way he always asks me how my day was I can tell its eating at him.
I'm not sure when can I do besides constant texting through out the day to appease him. My boss right now even has a girl friend. Its just how he talks, his past and the upcoming long trips together that are needling at my partner.
