I got a speeding ticket for going 75 in a 55. The ticket says “did commit the following act on 4/02 2023 at 5:00 am.” I’m writing this post at 2:00 am and I got the ticket an hour ago. He also wrote the color of my car as silver but it’s green. Can I get my ticket dismissed for this?

Of course, I have no proof of this. But I was thinking about it the other day.
Here in the UK, my local council recently closed a major road for two weeks for essential works. That road has now reopened. Nothing was done about potholes and all they did was repaint some lines. It looks exactly the same just a bit brighter. All for two weeks work!

He promoted me to manager because I said he believed in me.
He gave me four months mental health leave last year with pay after I had a breakdown.
He's sympathetic to women in the workplace, no qualms about needing time off for menopause or menstruation pain.
He can be very laid back about time off and trusts me to do my job with very little micromanaging.
We generally get along socially.
But.
He changes his mind a lot, will make a decision and then backtrack days after, usually throwing me under the bus with it
He's inappropriate. Every mention of a female celebrity and I will know his opinion on the size of her breasts. I also know the current frequency of his sex life with his wife. For context, there's no HR. I'm basically the main point of reference for it and everything else is outsourced. If I call him out on this he laughs. Everyone knows he is like this but it's okay because it's 'just him'.
He does things he thinks is funny like kicking the back of my chair. No matter how I respond he'll play it off like it's a joke.
I'm writing this because yesterday I messaged him as my grandmother died and I was trying to figure out of I could take time off as it's overseas. His response? It's up to me but I need to be in more than I have recently.
For context, I have been off on bereavement leave and my car broke down so I haven't been in since Monday. I used to travel by taxi to make sure I was in but it was costing me £40 a day just to get in. I'm so angry and upset.
Whenever someone else is going through bereavement or a hard time I work, I give them time off and organize flowers or a card. No matter how stressed I am I never talk to my colleagues like this or interact based on my emotions. When he's having a bad day and grumpy I triage other colleagues to make sure he isn't being bothered unnecessarily.
Just feeling worn out, disrespected and like I shouldn't bother being so nice at work anymore. Why should I when I get no empathy back?.
I feel like I want to start being a robot at work, just do my job and come home but then I know I'll get 'whats wrong? Why are you acting like this? Are you avoiding me?' and I can't be fucked with it.

One holding add 20 naval capacity for you(Even it says 10) Research ancient missiles and reach crisis level 2(level 5 for the best), Then spam menace corvettes with ancient missile corvettes. According to my test, 4000 ancient missile corvettes with crisis level 5, edicts, Defender of Galaxy, Enclave information, Ancient perk(total +173% damage) Can beat 15M of contingency fleet. The strategy to beat 25x contingency in this run is: Idle, Keep build ship and destory the machine worlds. You don't care about their fleet because they won't harm your economy. Their army just passive. Once machine world destoryed, Return to base, Repeat 'build ships and attack'. Make sure keep your fleet alway bigger than 4000 when attack and alway bigger than 3000 when defence. My favorite thing in ff14, is the lore. The world and everything about the universe of it is something I adore. But I actually have trouble finding said content... He can be very laid back about time off and trusts me to do my job with very little micromanaging.

But.
He changes his mind a lot, will make a decision and then backtrack days after, usually throwing me under the bus with it
He's inappropriate. Every mention of a female celebrity and I will know his opinion on the size of her breasts. I also know the current frequency of his sex life with his wife. For context, there's no HR. I'm basically the main point of reference for it and everything else is outsourced. If I call him out on this he laughs. Everyone knows he is like this but it's okay because it's 'just him'.
He does things he thinks is funny like kicking the back of my chair. No matter how I respond he'll play it off like it's a joke.
I'm writing this because yesterday I messaged him as my grandmother died and I was trying to figure out of I could take time off as it's overseas. His response? It's up to me but I need to be in more than I have recently.
For context, I have been off on bereavement leave and my car broke down so I haven't been in since Monday. I used to travel by taxi to make sure I was in but it was costing me £40 a day just to get in. I'm so angry and upset.
Whenever someone else is going through bereavement or a hard time I work, I give them time off and organize flowers or a card. No matter how stressed I am I never talk to my colleagues like this or interact based on my emotions. When he's having a bad day and grumpy I triage other colleagues to make sure he isn't being bothered unnecessarily.
Just feeling worn out, disrespected and like I shouldn't bother being so nice at work anymore. Why should I when I get no empathy back?.
I feel like I want to start being a robot at work, just do my job and come home but then I know I'll get 'whats wrong? Why are you acting like this? Are you avoiding me?' and I can't be fucked with it.

I went to a car dealership in Massachusetts and spoke to some salesmen and they were beyond rude it felt like they where targeting me/bullying me. I won’t get into the details but they took down all my info and before I left they gave me there business card then wrote down a fake number on it (a 555 number) and wrote down “their name” which was a fake name of some random singer I later found out. Now They have my info and it worries me, can I take any action against this?

 | Going to start by saying this is most likely above Reddit's paygrade and he's been several times to see a rabbit specialist vet in the last few weeks. This is more just a shot in the dark in case anyone else here has experienced anything similar or has any suggestions. submitted by angelicswordien to Rabbits [link] [comments] At the start of February we noticed he was passing tiny malformed poops and seemed to be having difficulty eating. We went to the vet who filed some spurs on his teeth. He seemed to pick up and was eating well again. A few weeks later we felt he was losing weight and was still passing small poops. Back to the vets again. Vet has a good examine, couldn't feel any obvious blockage. He had lost a small amount of weight from his last trip. Vet recommended some blood tests, however they weren't able to obtain any due to his blood pressure being too low. Vet recommended we come back once his bruises had had chance to heal and try again with the head vet. Second time was successful. Unfortunately the sample clotted so the only result we had was that he had high levels of bilirubin, indicating a possible issue with his liver. Again vet recommended we try again once his bruises healed. But she did take several other scans to see if she could see anything internal, but nothing came up. On the third attempt vet was unable to get a sample again due to low blood pressure and felt he wouldn't survive any sedation to try harder. At this point he had gone from weighing 1.2kg at the start of all this to just 1.03kg. This is despite us giving him a massively fortified diet in between all the vet visits to try to boost him. Vet knows about us fortifying his food. He's now due back at the vets again on Tuesday. She is as frustrated as we are that we can't establish a cause. Our options are now rapidly dwindling. She has advised us we could try exploratory stuff or a CT, but I feel this would be putting him through too much and he likely wouldn't survive. Vet has suggested we try to give caecotrophs from his healthy brother to try to rebalance his gut. Unfortunately we've not been able to find any as his brother is too good at eating them. We tried a collar briefly, but it caused so much distress we took it off. I'm being realistic and I think we've most likely tried everything we can. In himself he is bright and playful, no indication of any pain (no hiding, belly pressing or tooth grinding). He's still interested in food and the world around him. We let him out in the garden yesterday and he was playing and happy. It feels so unfair, but I don't want him to suffer or put him through anything unnecessary. Thank you for bearing with the wall of text if you've got this far. At this point I feel we've got nothing to lose so any suggestions would be welcome. |
